Second, in that its not that they cant be together as in Sky and Demon, its that they cant produce an offspring. and this is for TMOPB.
Third, when Di jun makes a promise he keeps it, the promise was not to marry her though, it was to help her and make sure she has a good life. The marriage was only for a plan. Think back, did it look like he cared when she went missing?
Finally, in this installment the marriage wouldn't have had an issue even if they did get married as he wont have been with her. The Same where Yi Hua got married with Su Jin but never consummated. So producing an offspring was out of the question regardless.

The only thing I liked was the scenery.
He went to his island that is closed off and seem to be consuming energy. The readers of the the novel would be a better help.
