OMG I am so scared after watching preview of ep 20! Is He Yao turning A'Lie into a Zombie (ep 21 zombie illustration) and he's going to die (ep 22 tombstone illustration)???
I didn't expect A'Lie to say the words "I love you". Somehow this "I love you" hits so different and hard. I don't know how to say it but I can't remember any recent BL series where the ML would say these strong words to the MC. It's either just I like you or never verbally expressing their feelings.

I am glad that Lin Zai is smart enough to never told Grandma Qiu or anyone else that he is immune to the Zombie virus. I watched enough zombie movies to know that nothing good ever happens once people find it out. There is always some crazy scientist doing cruel experiments on the "specimen" making you lose hope in humanity sometimes.
When Lin Zai was thinking if he is really sure to love a humanoid weapon, my heart was aching. I knew he found A'Lie too ruthless when he killed brother Li and his reaction when he saw the wound on sister Chen. 😭
I was kind of relieved that He Yao is using his own blood to feed Chang Huan unlike other movies I've watched where they capture innocent people. But it doesn't change the fact that I am still wary of him!
I like that the trailer only covered the first half of the series, leaving the second half of the series a mystery. This makes me keep thinking what will happen next and looking forward to next episodes. Together with the calendar they posted, the illustrations for October episodes makes my mind go crazy. I think we are expecting a separation arc and I am absolutely not ready for it 😭
I am sure this Dr. He that was mentioned is He Yao. My wild imagination thinks he is going to be a mad scientist who is going to do bad things to Lin Zai to save his Didi!!
