The scarf scene would have never made sense here due to Thailand being a tropical place with little chance of super cold weather like Japan. So it made sense for them to use the umbrella as Thailand is a rainy country at times. I think it worked well and showed that Karan is willing to sacrifice his body getting wet to keep Achi from being wet himself. It was romantic in that sense. I did think it looked a little robotic though but I interpreted as Karan being so overly aware of Achi being near him.
I just wish bls didn't use these big guys for comedy. For a few reasons. It's so unnecessary.
I get it, but in this BL he is not just there for comedy. The few scenes with him have also shown his wise side and gives sound advise. I think Prem needs a friend like him.
I really enjoyed this last episode. My daughter (who is only 10) decided to sit with me and watch it and she fell in love with Off, she was like "he is soooo cute and fluffy" and I busted out laughing cause Fluffy and Off just didn't seem to go together for me, but the fact that she at 10 thought his character was so cute and fluffy means that he is pulling the falling in love slowly but kind of unsure type well.
Someone had mentioned before that they didn't understand why the big guy Samsi was even in this series and I want to say, that Samsi brings a much needed buffer to all what's going on. He and Dy make a very good comedic duo and their comedic timing really plays off each other well. I think when he is being serious he delivers wisdom and when he is being silly he makes the drama very lighthearted. I wonder if they are trying to pair him up with Ten's friend, which would be a nice chance to see a "bigger" guy find a love partner because a lot BLs shy from that as we are a very shallow society. In the real world, lots of big gay guys have very robust love lives.
I asked my kid what she would rate this episode and she said an 8.7 cause she loves the banter between Ten and his friend and likes that Ten is "fluffy"
Okay for me this was a better episode than the last one...hopefully keeps going up, but honestly I wish we got the uncut version on YT. I am sure I am missing a lot cause I'm not going to look for it.
I'm so annoyed with some people...Come on...This is an ORIGINAL just as much as the Japanese one. These two are adaptations of the Manga...therefor, neither is a copy or each other...geezus why not just be happy we get ANOTHER Cherry Magic adaptation to the manga that will give us more content as well. I loved it and I love the Japanese one as well. I enjoy both!
