I really don't like how they give plot armor (like overpowering) to the villain, especially the big one who looks…
I mean the Kim villain didn't really have 'plot armor', unless you count having a genius brain as one cuz he definitely has that. The big fighter villain dude was just super powerful and buff, and our two male leads may have been trained as marines and are novice boxers, but that's all, plenty more powerful fighters can overpower them. Besides, we did see big fighter getting beaten by both the leads individually at two separate scenarios after they had some intense training, so he's not unbeatable for sure.
I am only on ep 2 right now. Does this series have a definite ending? I understand that there is a season 2 in…
Tbh the main leads did manage to fight and win the bad guys and got evidence and stuff, but we never got true closure on what happened to Kim at the end. We only know that Interpol was ready to catch him, but we don't know if he gets detained, how long he gets detained, or if ultimately he ended up getting bribed out of jail by his politician friends
personally I like this show I donāt why so many people is hating it or rating it super low!! it was a enjoying…
I like the show, but admit it, the plot wasn't great and so many times they made such bad decisions and planning that it was predictable they would end up dying and getting injured
You send 3 kids to transfer ALL THE $$$ WITH NO BACKUP?!?!
They had no choice. And yes it's so damn stupid, just as all their other plans of action, half-assed planning and super flimsy to say the least. Either they revealed themselves at the end or they failed and got serious injuries ..
I hate that the good guys just don't seem to have even 20% of the bad guy's smartness and thorough plans, but I guess this just highlights the bad guy's ingenious
It was overall good, but I felt like there was a lot of stupidity from the good guys in general and it pissed me off quite a bit at times. Like Mr Choi had 0 security in his house like dude with all the money he had, he could've at least built some sort of safehouse?? Evil dude really had the brains and damn he's smart, the good guys unfortunately never came close to using their brains at all and more often than not just rushed head in to fight with a whimsy half-baked plan at best.
What I like and probably stayed for is our two lead's relationship, they really were the backbone of the series. I did find it quite improbable that these two (even if they were/are marines and are novice boxers) managed to take down the baddie and his entire organisation. They're only saving grace might be that baddie just didn't want to give them the time of his day or underestimate them as kids, cuz let's just say if he really wanted to silence them, he could've done so with a snap of his fingers.
Ending was a rushed, and we never did get real closure from seeing the bad guy get his retribution (aka getting caught by the Interpol or sth).
Overall it was 7/10 if I'm being nice, and cuz I love love Ms Archer girlie
The show is slow, but it's so damn good!!!! The visuals are 100% just perfect, and I really like the mains' relationship. Beautiful and cute and so fluffy and sweet.
I didn't actually think the story was too slow, it was its slowness that gave it its special warmth I think. And we as watchers have kinda lost the ability to just sit and relax into a slowburn story.
Besides, I love love love this trope - Mildly possessive x Ray of sunshine happy-go-lucky
Can anyone explain what exactly the police chief was trying to achieve? Like did he want to ruin Lu Li's life? Was he jealous that the ex-police chief liked Lu Li? I don't understand what he's trying to do
