I've actually never watched that and don't know what that is, but it most definitely is getting cringier by the minute hahaha. I'm not sure what I feel about the NC too, they were really going at it like animals, which actually is very true to the nature of omegaverse, so I'm not entirely complaining
2 episodes in, and all i can say is that this is a true omegaverse story. Typical domineer bossy possessive af Alpha non-consensually marking an Omega, then they bond and become mates blah blah, said Omega having his whole life uprooted. I only love that our MC is quite hot-headed and badass, which deviates from the typical Omega trope.
I can't say I'm entirely loving this, but there were funny moments, and this is definitely a first-of-its-kind A/O story (ABO Desire doesn't count cuz it's not A/O).
Reading the synopsis, this was the thing putting me off watching the series honestly. Agreed, the plot is paper thin, it really seems like this was simply a set-up for a more in-depth plot in a new season, which hopefully we will get. But their chemistry is amazing, and it's worth watching just to see their relationship blossom
