I still don't understand FL's level of hate on ML that made her stab him. In last few episodes it looks like the hate isn't severe and looks like she's just angry at him. Then why did she stab him in the first place. They are getting along fine now. He reasoning of trying to kill ML isn't clear to me even now. If it's just because he took her spiritual power and left her in mortal world then that's bs. She's isn't that kind of person. Might be another reason that totally pushed her. Trying to kill him at their wedding and torturing him for 100 years is too much.

That's a great point you raised there. She was drunk and got pregnant later with no idea of how it happened. Makes no sense. Is that an editing miss where some scenes were skipped? If it's actually what happened as she says then it might not be consensual. Anyway I don't want to think too much about the support leads who are actually taking too much screen time but I hope the writers stop pushing SMLs into our leads lives.

So, everything that dumb Zhang suan did till now was useless. I don't know what grudge he has against ML. From the moment FL went along with ML, he's been acting like ML kidnapped her or something. She went willingly. Think he is messed up in the brain or something.

The dramas you mentioned are the ones I often go back to whenever I feel sick of the usual tropes. Our secret, you are my glory, Eternal love of dream and etc.. have to sit one day and prepare a list of dramas where FLs love MLs more or atleast reciprocate feelings equally.

You know this isn't the first drama where ML's character changes after falling in love while FL acts completely cool. Seen tons of dramas like this. This trait is very common in kdramas as well. Maybe the directors are focusing on their targeted audience. We from outside can rant all we want but it's the chinese audience who drives numbers for these dramas. Maybe they like such MLs idk. Brave, loyal and giving their all to FLs kind of MLs. That's why I have liked You are my glory a lot. That's a complete reversal of what we have discussed.

F** k in the end they rushed it afterall. Thought this would happen after all the time and episodes they wasted on ML being a love sick puppy and acting all jealous. I won't understand why these writers won't give proper endings to great dramas. The last act should have been given atleast 4 episides but they made the entire thing fit under 2. Anyway, great drama. The leads portrayed one of the best if not the best relationships in a cdrama. Strong romance but a weak historical & political drama.

I like how the generals under our ML shift their attitude based on the situation. If the situation demands seriousness, they will kill anyone as ordered with no emotion. I still remember the scene at the beginning where they were asked to cut someone into pieces. They did so and carried that bag with body parts like it's just a bag with some items.

Our OG ML is back. That's what I have been waiting for last 10 episodes. That fierce aura is back

I got too accustomed to the normal tone of the drama and got surprised once it turned into a full on comedy. Maybe I am too single minded to enjoy this. My bad.

Yeah get on with it already. I think we are past that one year mourning period of FL already. So, they can do it now. Liked him when he was sensual towards her and acted like a Lord but after his confession he started acting strange. He was more of a romantic before his confession rather than after it.
