Xihe crying carries so much weight because she isn’t the type to get emotional easily. In her past life, even in her final moments, she seemed cold. Seeing the ML go through such a serious treatment will be the breaking point for her. She’s already letting him get close, and it’s only a matter of time before she fully embraces him. Today's eps were boring asf. SML's backstory, & the drama sorrounding it felt very draggy. It's like after the death of He Bo the drama lost it's momentum. That guy literally gave final boss vibes and after his death it's not exciting anymore. Seriously need a strong villian now. I know that there's that prince but he looked pale in comparision to He Bo. Urgently need some strong conflict here. Else atleast focus on ML & FLs relationship. The scenes with them just enjoying each others company came out well. Atleast use that for some filler eps.
