I’m very biased toward male leads. So much so that I’ll always be on the ML’s side, even if the actor is unknown, and even if his love rival is played by an actor I really like. That’s why I hate it when people simp over characters just because they’re played by their favorite actors, defending them no matter how evil their deeds are. You should watch the series for what it is. It doesn’t matter who your favorite actor is. Once they’re playing a character in a drama, you should see them as that character. If you’re still seeing your favorite actor instead of the role, there are only two possibilities: either the actor isn’t performing well, or you’re just being blind

We are in for a long ride. I will stop watching after tomorrow. Will wait till we get express. I really can't with 1 ep/day. My heart can't handle those cliffhangers.

Idk what’s wrong with me. Of all the actresses I’ve watched so far, Xiwei seems to be the only one I’ve defended irrespective of her character’s actions. I did the same in her last drama as well (Moonlit Reunion). I’m usually more of a male lead defender, 99% of the time I only defend them, but she’s an exception. No matter what stunts she pulls, I defend her lol. She’s got that innocence in her eyes. She’s too cute. The way her eyes light up when she smiles....❤️❤️❤️.

I am not defending her. Sometimes even I wondered whether she is truly into him. So, ML getting confused is kind of understable. Forget her background. She started off here as a village girl butchering pigs. When she got hold off ML, she instantly got infatuated coz of his looks. As they spent time together, she got used to having him around. She didn't realize at that time that she will miss him this much once he's gone but now she slowly started realizing. She needs time. She is going through some character development here. Her village got slaughtered and she lost her little sister. ML and FL needs this seperation to understand how imp they are too each other more so for the FL. When they get back together, nothing can stop them.

By the way, totally unrelated, no one comes close to Xu Qing from Beyond Time’s Gaze when it comes to taking revenge. He can smell the other person’s bullshit from miles away. Too ruthless. Eagerly waiting for it to be adapted into live action but I kinda doub it coz it's too graphic.

She did it in the heat of the moment. She was angry at that time. Now she is openly boasting about her husband's looks n etc with others lol. At this point even if he wants a divorce, she won't agree.

The way ppl in the comments are defending Qi Min saying that he is only doing it coz of his creepy brother....OMG. Tho he might be acting, he is still evil. It doesn't matter if you like him as an actor plz stop defending his character in this drama. The way he is treating his son and his son's mother are proof enough that he deserves death. Oh! My snowking. Oh! the hotness, the chemistry etc..heck braincells are dead. What can I say? Doing evil shit is deemed as hotness these days. It's been some time already since little ning has been seperated from her jiefu. I loved their scenes do much. I hated when they didn't show any seperation scene between them when they got so close almost like father and daughter. I am eagerly waiting for their reunion.

That’s what I’m worried about. I’ve seen a lot of dramas where they tone it down so much. They’ve already started dropping hints. The way that Sui guy scared little Ning and then later acted all “goody” by offering her water. These are the kinds of small things they use to start imprinting on the audience’s mind, making people think, maybe he’s not all that bad, or maybe trauma made him this way. The makers are experts at playing with audience emotions, manipulating them and twisting perceptions. I just hope that won’t be the case here, but honestly, I’m not confident.

And the dumb f**ers who are shipping people with those ra*ey Sui bastards, go watch those mini C-dramas where the male leads force themselves on the female leads all the time. Go watch that trash to satisfy your twisted fantasies. Shipping my ass. Loving my ass. Sick bas**rds. How far we’ve fallen.

Those Sui brothers are creepy as f*. I don’t care what they’ve been through. Death is too easy for them. They deserve something far worse. Cut off their limbs, throw them into the snow, and let them crawl their way to their father. If this drama dares to redeem those monsters, or slaps on melodramatic music to trick the audience into feeling sympathy, I’ll hate it to the core. My rating will nosedive from 9.5 straight down to 1. They butchered those villagers without mercy, and if the writers give them a soft death just to appease some brainless people who simp over them, I’ll make it my mission to tear this drama apart.

Doesn't matter whether he was under the influence of any drug or not. The way he is treating her now is proof enough that guy is pure evil. He deserves something worse than death.

But that slap kinda invoked feelings in the other guy. Now he will start stalking her and shit. So, not all slaps are good. Some slaps leads to dangerous consequences and might attract weird guys. Now he will start following her around asking her to slap him more and the more she rejects him the more he finds pleasure in it. Creepy dude.
