I really liked him and was sad when he died also but he loved too well and but not wisely. I wasn't shocked because…
yeah, he shoud've gotten help from his friends but instead he handled it all alone, which super sucks he helped them with all their problems but when they finally found out about tan'er they didn't help him. I know she wasn't completely "innocent" but they couldn't even look past their grudges or righteous personalities to see that their good friend was in love with her and really needed their help, regardless of whether it was "by-the-book" 100%, cause honestly, yanxi was perfectly happy to live life on teh run with her and just spend even a little bit more time wtih ehr. bottom line, yanxi was teh most selfless and nicest of the bunch, ahhhhhhhhh, such a shame.
OMG NO. THEY KILLED OF YANXI. WTFFFFFF. he was the best, i loved him so much, i wasn't even taking this series seriously cause it's pretty cliche but his little love story hurt my heart so much because he always had to be the mature healer that fixed everyones problems and that everyone relied on, so when he had his own little chaotic and tragic story, it was like he could finally do something for himself, and have the girl he loved. but in the endddddddddddddddddddddd. noooooooooooooooooooo. im so mad. this sounds morbid but im glad tan'er loved him so much that she decided to die with him. i think that can stop everyone from saying she was truly evil or annoying or whatever, and it makes me happy knowing yanxi protected someone who loved him just as much. my poor childern. i am too emotional LOL
lol, yeah "idol dramas" are where the main actors, rather than being proffesional actors, are famous young singers/entertainers, and the story is usually catered to younger people, featuring romance, fashion, ceos, handsome men etc. LOL, that young people like. They get a bad rep for being low-budget with bad-acting and nonsense plot (which is sometimes true because some just use these "Idols" for views and don't care about making a good drama) but honestly that's just generalizing. I just see them as youth stories made by youths for youths. the quality of the drama depends on how much they cared about the production. i've seen lots of heart-warming idol dramas
Is there a lot of romance and if so, is it important? I like it to be the focus most of the time, and the story…
there is a lot of romance, so i think you'd like it. also the non-romance part of the story is actually pretty entertaining and interesting tbh, it's just sometimes it wouldn't make sense and also i skipped a little bit of the "business" parts cause they got a bit boring.
Can't decide to watch this cause of the mixed reviews? let me help you.
why you SHOULD watch this show: 1. REALLY nice cinematography. it really is the most aesthetic drama ever set in a beautiful forest 2. unique setting. if you want a breath of fresh air (literally lol) then this drama is set in the mountains/forest and you can expect all the mystic forest, hidden glades and waterfall fun times (plus beautiful cabin in the woods the two leads end up sharing) that you can imagine 3. Cute and handsome/pretty characters. The leads are good looking, their acting is up there. the main ship is cute (and the 2nd couple seems to have mixed views, but i found them cute lol) enough romcom tropes to be satisfied lol 4. the bromance squad between the rescue team and the cute rivarly between the two main leads
why you SHOULDN't watch this drama 1. if even just to watch something cute, you can't stand choppy editing at random parts 2. if you can't tolerate occasional bad writing/plot holes (to be clear, nothing SUPER bad or dumb happens, but it's more a build up of small things. in retrospect, this drama is about a DOCTOR and a 911 RESCUER having traumas that really no one with these jobs should legally have... so like, the story was a bit "unrealistic" to begin with anyway ) 3. If you're so tired of tragic "backstories" from both leads, that you can't even ignore them for the light-hearted parts of this story
Conclusion, the storyline is whatever, I just watched this for a feel-good forest retreat into the mountains that was pretty entertaining despite it's flaws. (also 2nd male lead in a military suit at the end. good job writer. good job)
omg tho. wtffffff, they never gave third prince and fenjui's friend a happy ending. wtf. i waited for that throuhout all of eternal love and this drama too. how could they not wrap up their story. such strange editing. grrrr.
I actually feel sorry for the people who dropped this drama just because it has too many episodes or anything…
omg lol XD so true tho. i didnt go an episode without taking time to appreciate his wig LOL give their stylists a raise or whatever. even their kid's wig was 10/10 haha
theres something so charismatic and otherworldly about dijun, even down to his appearance and the way he tilts his head. you have no idea how fun it is to watch a literal unbothered God fall in love LOL
Hello there! I'm quite new to japanese dramas so I need your help. Do you know of other jdramas similar to this…
omg, you have to watch 'Suki na Hito ga Iru Koto (2016)' romcom about a girl who for the summer holidays goes to work at a beach resturant. The main guy's the chef there and he is very tsundere lol. it has a really nice summer coast vibe and it's very cute.
lol "steamy kiss scene" tag. I wouldn't call it steamy, more like psuedo-steamy where length and different angles…
It's my own headcannon that despite her putting importance into someone being a "good kisser" in the end, the reason she thought the kiss was great (despite how it actually was lollll), was because she liked the PERSON who kissed her. Which is, I think, a very cool message. So in a kind of weird twisted way, a part of me likes that the "big kiss" wasn't even that good LOL. does this makes sense XD
It was fun but half the subtitles are missing. Last episode right at the end Liao comes to class 10. What does…
if i remember, he says "i failed again" or "i was a couple marks short" something along those lines. in other words, he purposefully failed the transfer exam so that he could stay in class 10. this is obviously the same trick he used at the very beginning to stay in the same class as her, so it's a great ending scene.
of this aint the truth. i thought it'd be one of those artistic denial statements, but no, they meant ti XD
apparently its based off a manga and this drama only made the first couple volumes and the story continues into a proper love triangle with danyi and the idol guy, I'd totally read it to find out what happens but it's not translated into english, so yeah, who knows what happens
