As per his resume He was war reporter before and Negotiator LOL then appointed as News reporte.LOL This was written…
War correspondent is still a reporter, not an action hero. Hostage negotiator is still a talker, not an action hero. New anchor doesn't even stand up while he's talking. Still not an action hero.
"Trade Mark". You see (TM) behind trademarked brand names to let you know they have been officially trademarked and cannot be stolen for fake merchandise. I was making a joke. The mole completely disappeared from the plot, and it's a shame.
I said it weeks ago, that if they did the "lovers must have one of them go halfway around the world and not call the other one for a year" trope, that I was OUT. It was only 6 months. But it's still a STOOOOPID trope that I see in way too many K-dramas.
What I wanted was to see all the bad guys get their comeuppances. And see HeeJoo and ML get married. I didn't want to see sex in a war zone. That was stupid. The sex part was fine, it was the war zone that was stupid. How did the ML go from a desk job, where his job was to talk infront of reporters, to be an anti-rebel-rebel Rambo in a war zone? WTF.
What I wanted was seeing ML discover THE MOLE (TM).
What I loved. In-A not being one of the bad guys, but having her sister's back!
What I hated was after all the time that passed, they'd bring up 406 dirty talk. That was just goofy and weird.
At the end of Ep. 11, there's a gunshot, but the scene is shot from a distance, so we don't know who got shot or how.
I figure there are two possibilities.
1. Cops shoot Psycho Killer Sa Eon. or 2. Psycho Killer Sa Eon shoots himself, or kills himself. or 3. Psycho Killer Sa Eon just shoots a tree or into the air just to let off steam, and then the cops rush in and arrest him.
There's no way Psycho Killer Sa Eon shoots ML, as the cops would or should shoot him first.
This disappearance drama & pretending to be dead & coming back after years drama are so unnecessary, i hope they…
I really hate the last episode trope of one of the lovers has to disappear for a year and never calls. I understand it's in the novel, but I'm really disappointed that the show went that route, too.
Confirmation from Mom and Grandpa that Grandpa is really ML father. So ML really is a Paik/Baek (however it's spelled) family member.
I think that Psycho Killer SaEon and HeeJoo are really brother and sister, and that's why Psycho Killer SaEon kept calling HeeJoo "Sis." But I think Psycho Killer's father is HeeJoo's father.
I think that Psycho Killer SaEon told ML that ML and HeeJoo are really brother and sister and that's why ML was crying, Psycho Killer SaEon was lying.
All ML had to do is get a DNA test with HeeJoo, but NOOOOOOO, they've got to pull the old ML disappears for a year trope. I HATE THAT. Especially since ML has done DNA tests already on his family, so he probably knew way back who his real father was. Grrrrrrr!

I just find it funny.

WHY CAN'T K-DRAMA'S NAIL THE ENDING?
