Just finished this, and I have to say—it was absolutely worth the watch. It kept me hooked from beginning to end, and I never felt bored. My only complaint is that the episodes felt too short. The OST deserves a special mention too; it's so good that I never skipped the opening. Every time it came on, I just let it play. Great story, great pacing, and an amazing soundtrack. Definitely one I'd recommend.
Thats what im sayingg the plot visuals its very similar to BOP
I think you're mixing up plot and visuals. The plot may share some similarities, but the visuals definitely don't. Just take a look at the costume design.
If she's still not reciprocating by episode 29, when are we actually supposed to enjoy the romance?
Who mentioned sex? I'm talking about emotional reciprocity, not physical intimacy. If the romance only becomes mutual in the last few episodes, that's not satisfying to me.
I'm not looking to debate it. This is just my preference. I don't mind one-sided romance if it actually evolves. But when it's 24 episodes of one person chasing someone who's repeatedly made it clear they don't feel the same, it stops being romantic to me. I'd rather watch a relationship that gradually becomes mutual than one that stays stuck in the same dynamic.
Having a year left to live doesn't automatically make every decision romantic. If anything, it makes me wonder why he'd spend his final year pursuing someone who doesn't even love him back.
