Exactly true. Here the plot is way much better than TMPOB and AOL. In TMPOB and AOL its not clear how they fall in love each other, just a brief meet and suddenly fall in love, actually its more like lust to me.

Indeed the costume and hairstyler should get a pay rise and awards, usually actor in white hair become uglier just as is WRTW, but in IS, Chengyi become more handsome as Ying Yuan in white hair and Xuan Ye even surprised us all and become most hottest demon style ever, i dont think it would be easy to surpass this look in the future.

If you like love and redemption, you should watch this. If you havent watched love and redemption, you should watch it first. And then you will know why cheng yi’s drama is a must watch. Its a rare experience we can feel the character in a drama so deep and real, and its because acted by cheng yi.

Yes its ridiculous since IS defeated by other shows with lower ratings and fewer watchers. Seems its manual setted and on purpose.

We need another full drama series just for the hot papa demon’s love story acted by chengyi, youku really need to consider this seriously since it surely become a hit one… and for chengyi, he should take more hot villain and bad guy roles in the future, hahaha…

It was good and hillarious up to episode 18, then dragging to the end... could have been better

I dont understand why they put bright red lipstick on the male leads and make them look like female, while they still able to use natural lip color lipstick if it is really needed for make up purpose.

Its annoying and disgusting. What happens with the film industry nowadays, do they have goals to make men using red lipsticks, hidden support for lgbt?

We as viewers should do something about this, or in short upcoming years, we will hardly see normal men anymore.

3 out of 10 only for all the crew's effort to make this film. very bad, messy storyline, bad acting, bad scenes, bad everything. The ending is worst ever, it looks like the producer was confused or felt hopeless with the film himself that he had to stop it right away, haha.

Dropped at episode 9, will try to rewatch someday since it seems the second half is more interesting. first half has lots of unnecessary scenes, magic and slow paced. it can be cut 50%.

Most acting were plain, especially the ghostwriter, what made me sticking up to episode 9 was just Yoo Ah In's act, hehe.

The story is quite interesting, the main storyline almost like Goblin, a girl that lives with her aunt, bromance between 2 mail leads that live at the same house, reincarnation, they even use the same actor Jo woo jin!

Actually this one is better if made as movie, not drama.

Gong yoo doesnt have to compete with any other actors nor prove his ability anymore.

Just as he said in baeksang, he is now at the highest position in his life. hope he uses his fame and superb acting skill wisely by making more eye opener films such as Dogani (Silenced) that is meaningfull and can move lots of people's hearts.
