Does anyone know why YD could not say/didnt want to say who she was when she saw YY for the first time in the land under the horizon? Also YY, eventhough he knew its YD when he smell lotus fragrant, why at that time he said he couldnt ask who she was because of the circumstances made him not able to do it. Confused.

kudos to the costume and hairstyler, they deserve to get awards for making Cheng Yi the most handsome white hair male lead and for presenting hottest devil look Xuan Ye to us, hahaha

Actually IS started with slow paced, almost the same vibe as AOL LAr and have bad cgi, especially on ep1. i myself almost dropped it, thankfully i didnt drop and choosed to skip to ep 7 and it gets more and more interesting. So its IS flaw to have flat plot on first episodes, they should have started better.

Today's episodes paid off previous 4 flat episodes, haha. Whats interesting is the fact that the sword soul did something to TZ that he may someday become asura king, so we can expect the plot will get more and more interesting since in the trailer we can watch that YY will become devilish at some point, beside of course the hot Xuan Ye that we are all waiting for 🤣🤣😁 so we can say Chengyi actually plays 4 different characters here, really a versatile actor 👏👏👏

You mean as ancient as Cheng Yi? 😂🤣🤣 its damn cute to watch Cheng Yi live interviews in utube, he is so pure, honest and natural, like he is from ancient time, it must be very cute n funny if he someday take time travel theme drama 😆

Yes, in fact there were many unrelated and unpurposed scenes in the last few episodes, maybe they’re the result of scrapped scenes, but actually they can cut them out completely. Seems the editing team was drunk for episode 40-43, they really messed up in these episodes, hahaha

Yes, the last few episodes were a bit slow and flat plot. But if you read the comment history, the 8.2 rating happened since a few days ago at ep 1 which is not fair since people hadnt even watched the episodes. anyway hopefully the plot is getting better and not so many side unrelated fillers for the rest of episodes.

YY literaly didnt have chance to show or fight for his love to YD, he prioritize her life safety first by pretending not to care for her since the love punishment will kill her right away. But YD missunderstood and become too emotional by jumping off the bridge. If only he had more time to understand how deep his feeling, he will find a way to hold on both responsibility and love, just as we will see in later episodes. And ofcourse the responsibility and consequences way much bigger, the safety of million lifes in his hand as future sovereign lord.

Anyway i just found out that we can support actors to be on spotlight, by sending virtual mdl flowers. Yang zhi is already on the top list. Lets support Cheng Yi, he deserve more spotlight, so his dramas will get known by more international watchers.

Btw,, top airing show sequence has been fixed now, and IS on third place. People said rating doest matter, i do feel its matter in getting the spotlight n new viewers. out of thousands dramas, sadly lots of people filter them out using ratings only.

Ep 40-41 were a bit slow n lots of scenes were cut. The angst and despair we expect did not portray well. They should have added more scenes on how hard TZ get the fire to heal her, how he almost sacrifice his life, the pain, how his body were tortured and weak after it, how he gave the fire anonymously. the longing scenes between them only 5 minutes in the festive, and the scenes how TZ was punished and had to stab YD also very very short. Its a pity that the director choose to focus onYM and others, that we cant feel the despair between TZ and YD. Lots of unimportant fillers such as the sect leader become villain, is it important? Just punish TZ because he fall in love with YD, its enough. Now because of those fillers, we missed all the angst and YD quickly forgive and be withTZ again in ep 42, what a big error on the plot.

Btw its still a mystery how come IS defeated by other dramas with less watchers and lower ratings on top airing show.. actually this make me more anxious than haters from other dramas, because it seems MDL is the hater itself, hahaha….

LLTG and LBFD are also good depend on personal preferences. The wrong is these three dramas (+IS) were launched almost at the same time, big name actors with almost the same genre. But for me, i want to get into the feeling of the characters, and here in IS, this deep feeling is executed beautifully by the actors especially Chengyi. And 8.2 ratings indeed insult their talent and hard work. Hopefully MDL will delete 1–5 star ratings in the future for all dramas, it just a harsh way for a human to give such ratings, lots of people involve and work hard in making a drama, especially in xianxia.

hOpefully after LBFD ended next monday, their fans will repent and become IS fans, haha

Its impossible to go down 10 points with just additional 20-30 voters from previous 9.2 rating. It seems there is a price to be on top airing shows, other dramas may pay for it to get international watchers. Or there is business affiliation between them. Because when the rating was 9.2 with more than 1500 watchers, IS still defeated by other dramas with lower rating and less watchers.

Sadly agree, especially the cgi on episode 1. Its a big error from the production team, since lots of people dropped because of it. But keep on watching and it gets better. Just as MJ19 said, the plot and quality of acting is really great and worth the watch, we feel the characters' feeling deeply.
