From what i know, it means traffic (famous or consider idol) actor, in MLC case, its ChengYi.
Traffic actors usually have large fanbase along with large haters 😝😂 which usually due competition between actors too.
Thats not happened back then with NIF etc.
But since MLC is very solid in all aspects (plot, production, cast, acting, etc.), we hope we can see "almost real" rating in the long run... (from real audiences) 😉
