Yet I find ml character is the most interesting to understand throughout the drama you can see his god inner conflicts. I don't actually understand what overprotection she need in that moment when she was healing. ML was not so far and was quick to join her. He did see something wasn’t right but I think he though Ms. Jin was handling. I also think despite being a God, he is by no means almighty. Yes, he is not usual cliche protector ml but his character is consistent. He's not the overdoing type. They’re complementary to each one actually, you might find him slow and impassive but she is nervous and fiery at the opposite matching his temper. Then, the dynamic between ml and fl was built during the entire drama. She does the beating, he does the spells. She is yin, he is yang. Their characters are just constant and not interchangeable. If you don't like the ml honestly, there's no way you'll like the couple or find any chemistry between them. We don’t all have the same watch preference that’s okay no worry.

Yes, I don’t get. It was the most fun part while still being intense between the leads. I was laughing so hard from every excuse Xinzhi was making up for being lovesick without notice 🤣

If you like drama sets in republic era struggles War of faith is a good political and financial suspense drama with a great performance from the actors. I have to pick up again when I finally succeed in moving on from TLOS.

I think the moment was perfect without much line just eyes expressing because it ended up making me have tears too.
