Not very sure about FL, but I want male lead to not change his attitude. The way he is adamant that he will never divorce or leave his wife, whatever happens is the reason I like this drama. I want the FL to start trusting the ML. Get together and start solving the damn mystry.
There was an accident in FL's family, there was a murder I am guessing in ML's family. I want the upcoming episodes to focus on that more.
We all like drama where main leads stick together whatever happens throughout the story.
Breakup for some silly reason is what I hate most in any drama.
Yesterday, I started "When the Phone Rings" and can confirm that it is one of the best dramas in terms of story in 2024. I'm glad we got this at the very end of the year. The hype it’s getting truly shows how much people love thriller-mystery-romance dramas when they are done right.
Kdramas gotta start express and Super VIP like cdramas. Extra episode everyday. 😭
I am jealous of folks who make subtitles. My friend used to work in one of the company and they use to get the raw episode around 1 week early. Obviously they sign NDA to not disclose it. But they did spoiled me some episodes of GOT.
We should thank the kidnapper in this case. Bro actually helped them get closer to each other.
Jokes aside I am now doubting the assistant to be the master. Bro didn't had any scrach during the bomb incident. Remind me of "Crash Course in Romance".
So can someone explain me the family tree here. I finished ep3 but kindof confused on how ML is related to President (is he just a spokesman for him or there is some more to it)? Who is FL? Why in orphanage when she have a father (just community service during college)?
Guys if someone have started watching this when it aired (i.e. 5 PM KST) then it would take atleast 8 hours for them to finish the series given they don't skip. That basically means 1 AM KST. It's only 10:30 PM KST right now.
So the review which you are getting are from folks who either speed watch the series or skipped a lot of part.
90% of the times, second seasons are considered bad because how good season one was..... I hope this proves that…
Not gonna happen I am guessing. The only drama I have seen with decent 2nd season was "Alice in Borderlands".
I am wishing this time many characters survive. If that is not going to be the case I hope they don't attach us to all the characters like they did in S1. I still feel bad about Ali 😭
Finally finished. Throughout the drama it was just green flag after green flag.
Actually after episode 19 the leads always stays together (only in between I guess episode 21 is when we have some issue between leads), but after that it's all good. No misunderstanding or breakups for the 1st leads. That's what I like about some of these modern CDrama.
I like how MDL puts LGIEF in recommendation section. Actually if you just focus on main leads, this can be considered as direct sequel to LGIEF.

I already hate her mother character. That's not how you treat your own daughter.
Hopefully they don't follow the usually clique and have 2nd ML as main villian.

And hopefully Hwang Jun Ho rescue everyone.
