Does anyone else have an issue with the way Suho just ignored the fact that he said “I pity you” to Joo Gyung as if it never happened. Like that was never properly resolved and he never apologized. And Joo Gyung never mentioned it again. That kinda annoyed me. But hey, they’re just teenagers who just started dating, their communication skills are going to be wack.

Yes! Exactly! Like if they were going to make her an awful person who would betray her friend then they should’ve gave hints at her personality to suggest that. But no they made her character a whole different person. However, I don’t think it’s entirely impossible because she could have been bottling up all her emotion due to her dad’s abuse and also how Suho was her only comfort but him not liking her back. This could lead to her eventually bursting from shoving it all down.

Me too!! Like I can’t stand how people will associate a show being cliche with it being bad. Like the show is quite entertaining and the cliches are comforting. Not everything has have an intricate plot and astounding details just for it to be good.

Yeah, definitely, like I may show a lot of agitation but I truly love flawed characters and their purpose for the progression of a story.

And the way you all complain about the miscommunication is quite funny. What did you all expect, this cliche filled story to break norms and not go that route. Jugyeong is very insecure and never dated before, y’all thought she was going to communicate and not assume the worst. And I honestly didn’t find it as agitating as other miscommunications in other dramas. And since they broke up, maybe you all will get that Seo Jun x Jugyeong since Seo Jun has been “done dirty.”

What pissed me off is the way you all blindly simp for Seo Jun because he’s good looking and has a better personality than Suho. He’s literally blaming suho for the death of their best friend when it’s clearly not Suho fault. Suho is also blaming himself too like cut him some slack and comfort each other during this time of grief. But no you’re going to add onto his troubles as if he doesn’t already a have to deal with his awful father and loneliness. How would have Suho have known that the phone call was important. And the fact that he discouraged him from being with Jugyeong. Like I love them both and I actually prefer Seo Jun personality wise. But how about he hold Seo Jun accountable for being an awful person toward Suho instead constantly complaining about Seo Jun being done dirty. And mind you that fact that he kissed Jugyeong while she was drunk in the webtoon, that isn’t consensual. And one last thing, I honestly think that Jugyeong and Seo Jun dating in the webtoon lead to nothing. All that character development she was getting during her time with Suho went all down the drain when she started dating Seo Jun.
