2 episodes of the follow up Beloved Summer is out with no subs.....WAH!!!

Not much of a spoiler but I'll mark it a spoiler just in case.

Loved the way they wrapped up the ML's in this drama - may just be my all time favorite endings of all time....altough I do hate the years long gap to get to the ending - this always aggravates the crap out of me and I don't get why they think it needs to be written in like that.

I do wish they would have gone a little farther on the final scenes with Jo Woong and Chae Ran and also Eun Ho and Sol Yi......

I'll rate this drama in my top 5 favorite of all time..........will re-watch it over and over again.

I laughed out loud a couple of times during episode 13.....great humor to break up the suspense.

I think this drama will end with both leads dead. I don't see any way around them ever escaping. Soo Ho because, you know, he's a NK spy - and Young Ro because she hid the spy at first and then the protected him. I hope I'm wrong..........somebody please tell me I'm wrong!!!

Another episode that left me breathless. At this point I can see this drama going in any direction and each character has the potential to stab the next in the back. I can't for the life of me figure out where it's going to end up. And to add - just when I think I've seen the best acting out of Jung Hae In, he goes beyond that a couple of minutes later....he is definitely one of the best actors I've ever seen - and not just in KDramas.

I had all my thoughts typed out and hit enter to post and nothing!!! Dangit.

To sum it up real quick....
This justs gets better and better every episode. JHI just blows me away - he is a phenemenol actor. How could YoungRo ignore "tap-tap....tap-tap-tap"? I would have melted to a puddle on the floor. I'm liking Comrade Moo more and more. What's Pi SeungHee story? Her character confuses me. I hope all the nasty wives are divorced and abondoned by the end of this.

And that ending....how the hell am I supposed to function for the next 6 days?!?!?

Started this last night- looks like it will be cute and fluffy.

Edit…..Ok - finished it. It's so ridiculously cheesy and stupid but, I couldn't stop watching. A total waste of time but I just had to see how this silly piece of fluff pans out. I was entertained and I had fun but dangit I have no idea how to rate it. My heart wants to rate it 7/10 mostly because I don't want to admit I just wasted a little over 4 hours of my precious time. Can't wait to see how many others watched till the end and feel they were robbed.

And the award for best actor goes to Natsume.

@Poia - white truck of doom!! I'm at work reading this and snorted so loud when I read this my co-worker heard me and said to my other co-worker "she's probably reading comments on a kdrama".

I am ready to drop this drama for a whie - will wait till it's over and fast forward thru most of it. Tired of SaRa and extremely tired of Young Guk's annoying/baseless/stupid conflicts.

I held off watching the last 2 episodes till jut now because I didn't want the drama to end. Also I would be disappointed if the drama wasn't historically correct because I'm a sap and wanted and dammit I wanted a happy ending. The writer ended the drama perfectly....incredibly sad (I cried every minute of ep17) but heart fluttering happy the last 10 minuts. Jun Ho and Lee Se Young's chemistry was so beautiful and so believable. I'm going to miss the characters! Extremely good drama - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I ugly cried when Deok Im told the King that if they meet in the afterlife to just pass her by......I mean major ugly cry.

Jung Hae In - he's made my heart flutter more than once in this drama....from good guy then bad guy in seconds....but I must say my chest almost explodes when he's the bad guy. Damn son!

Also, what do you think of Ji Soo so far? She's had a few minor roles in the past and although I think she's still ill a little green, I think she's doing very well so far.

And one more thing ...... that hug or pull or grab or whatever you wanna call it coming up in episode 8 has me screaming for Saturday already.

I have been a huge fan of JHI for a long while and I've always loved how he was sweet, soft spoken, easy going and mellow - but the last 2 episodes......holy crap! A whole new side. I still see glimpses of the sweet man in some scenes but then he shows us something that takes me for a ride.

Really really enjoying this......CWS makes my heart flutter.

I stumbled across this quite by accident and really enjoyed it. Rain was quite funny and wasn't expecting that. A fun watch.

The cinematograpy is breathtaking. I am a major Jung Hae In fan and I'm probably jumping the gun a bit but I can see this as his best work yet.Ji Soo is surprising me. Excited for the upcoming episodes.

I started and stopped watching this drama so many times I lost count because I just couldn’t get into the story line. I decided to give it one more try and just finished….I’ll be damned - this drama is in the top 5 of my all time favorites. Once I got past the 2nd episode, I binged through the rest. I was not prepared for it to end. So many people have written that Kim Go Eun acted too childish thruout the whole drama but I think she acted the exact way her character was written - she is very talented. Gong Yoo is one of the best actors ever!! The whole cast was perfect for their parts. The OST is phenomenal - so good. It took years of me stopping and starting this drama - now I know why it’s rated one of the all time best kdrama ever and I’m kicking myself for taking so long watch and love it.

I have Disney+ but I don’t see this on their “coming soon” list. At one time I read that it will air on Netflix but don’t see it on their site either. Any ideas???

I know history says Deok Im will die but with the additional episode added, what's the chance they're going to attempt to re-write history and write a happy ending?
