Yeah she's also dressed as a brothel worker hence why I think she's this character that was called Wei Yun in the novel that also worked there but never really got much spotlight or characterization. Maybe they just changed her name from Wei Yun to wan qing

Duan Xian and he chou both got shown getting their revenge, which is why they were so memorable and eventually kind of became friends with Fengyue. Wei Yun on the other hand was never given any more characterization than a faceless mean girl that always stood behind Duan Xian at the beginning, stirring up trouble. Maybe here, she'll also get a revenge story plot.

There was another menghuilou girl called Wei Yun, but she never got the spot light too much. Maybe Wan Qing is that character and her story got changed a bit
