Hae Soo pissed me off most of the time and I found that Wang So was what kept me going in the drama. I’m glad I didn’t drop it. Even though the ending got me shedding tears (the only time I cried a bit) it made up for all the anger and frustration I felt with the FL ( I love IU by the way, it just didn’t make sense that she was so frustrating). Plus, the ost was lovely.

It’s so obvious there are cut scenes. Like why are they showing flashbacks of things we didn’t see in episode 20? And I was looking forward to the confrontation scene😭 Plus they’ll be talking about things we didn’t even watch, like why????😭😭😭 Ps. I just had to share rn

Why did they edit it so much though? I really liked the show but it really felt like there were holes in the storyline, like I was missing something. Was there something wrong with the rest of the episodes? or did the actors have issues?

I have to say, I wish we got more moments with Zhou Ying and Zhe Liu. Their relationship and the ost accompanying them was beautiful. As for the male lead and female lead, I think they did well, it’s my first time watching the ML, and I found him…interesting. I see a lot of comments saying he’s stiff, but I think that’s how he’s meant to be cause he doesn’t know much about love, just sacrificing himself for his friend and their world (note: this is just what I think).
As for the King and Tilan, they had a toxic relationship (they even admit it at some point). I’m surprised they were able to resolve it but the relationship during the toxicity scared me, especially with the tonics and Tilan being weak in health.
Overall, the ending was sad but understandable (except the Kings and Tilan’s story).
