tbh as much as I love how they played their characters, they shoulda prolly cast someone younger to play them....tho it usually doesn't work out like in untouchable lovers where the actor of rong zhi did amazing (I would have no one else play him) but you could really tell how inexperienced he was. older actors are more likely to deliver the emotional depth better so idk I guess either way we win?
