There's always going to be people like that unfortunately. You should have seen when GagaOOLala posted a photo of the 2nd cp from Revenged Love (the post was about the most watched BL's) the comments went craaaazy! Just because of a photo. People have some very sad lives lol.

As someone who likes and watches both (but yes I like RL more and I can't help that. That's how I feel because of reasons lol) I don't get the constant need from people to talk sh*t about either show. Instead we should be grateful that we get not one but TWO great shows airing at the same time that are chinese.
The RL page had some Desire hate comments in the beginning but now that it's quiet over there there's instead been some hate comments over here about RL. And I've seen 1/10 ratings on the other show from both sides. It's frustrating because neither show deserves such a low rating and it's childish.
Just yesterday there was a person on here (who had given Desire 10/10 and Revenged Love 1/10) taking sh*t about RL saying that they gave it such a low rating because it has non consensual scenes. But then the same person gives a 10/10 to Desire when the entire plot is about a guy hiding his real identity and who's manipulating his way to get what he wants. See the double standard here? Both shows have problematic characters and there's nothing wrong with that because guess what? IT'S FICTION. So it's ok to like it because of that. I don't think people realise that sometimes lol. And I like shows who's got problematic characters in them so sue me I guess.

I also don't get skipping episodes? I always watch every ep of every series that I like. If I watch a hockey game I won't just turn off the tv if my team is down 0-5? You sit through that sh*t to the end no matter what lol! Not to mention that these last episodes have been awesome! They just get better and better yet people complain just because there's some angst and drama. How boring would it be without it though??

Desire have and will most likely have more non consensual scenes in the future (the novel is filled with them). Revenged Love does as well but people have to realise that it's fiction. We are allowed to like a series that have problematic characters in them because it's like I said just fiction.
I like both shows but Revenged Love has me in a chokehold. It's a new level of obsession for me that I haven't had for a show in ages and I value that (for me it's the main cp's chemistry that does it). Desire comes in 2nd place though. It's a great show and the only negative thing for me is some of the acting.

If they follow the novel wsw will most likely find about his mom's sickness and shortly after that cc will find out about yueyue being wsw's ex and the whole plan. So the breakup will probably happen in one of the episodes this week. The angst will be gooood! 😁

I watch both but I like Revenged Love more (mainly because of the main leads insane chemistry). I knew that Desire would get more popular than RL though even before it started airing lol. Abo verse is new and fresh so it draws people in.

Are chinese fans this crazy when it comes to Desire and the actors from that show as well? Does anyone know? Seeing as that show is the 2nd most popular right now. Before Desire started airing I honestly thought that many RL fans would watch that show as well and that it might become even more popular than RL (with it being abo verse) and that in turn this show would catch a bit of a 'break' so to speak and that the hype would die a bit but that doesn't seem to be the case.
