ok so i did find a reddit about this and you are right. according to the reddit uncut is like the director's cut in that scenes are put back in. The different is that director's cut has extra scenes that where usually cut for length reasons only like the Extended verson Lord Of The Rings. Uncut has that and the uncensored scenes in it if the show has that. Cut is the verson that is made for public tv with cuts for tv breaks and is censored. Yes! I am a classic lovers being pulled away type of girlie! I love the intimant scenes in this and really every ep too. they touch each other in a away that is like those classic old films and I am just eating it up.
Love it when romances turn angsty like this! Make the love that much sweeter when the lovers come back together!š„°
now for the bad, ep 11 feels very disjointed. for one, the editing and the scene transitions sucked. two, the way ep 11 is told is justā¦ugh. like I love the lovey-dovey scene the day after Mark comes back but I was like, āThara is looking for you and you guys are doing this?ā also why is Tong outside where Thara could have easily got him relaxing while watching a family play together? I think it would have been better if Nakan had taken them to hi home or something. it would feel more secluded and then Mark and Tong can have their last moments together. the edits needs a lot of work here and through out the show. I donāt know how American tv does it but every scene put out seems so smooth and seem less. I feel like to cameras are used for two different angles and in editing they take the two shots and fit it together to make everything come out continuous and makes me feel like I am a fly watching everything unfold. I donāt know what Thai does before they get green light that the scenes are good enough but if step by step is a good look into it then I wounded who is watching these scenes before hand? donāt they notice these things? I feel like this is not being watched by fresh eyes. I know that with American tv shows and movies they hire someone to actually just watch these shows,(or at least I saw a show on this years ago). I think Thai needs to do that so that that person can see things the crew canāt. I think this is not just MGB that has this issue but a lot of bl shows do.
These whole ep feels like (yet I have to say this again) a first draft of an ep. This should not be a a habit for any drama but Thai keep having this same issue. every ep and show should feel like the final draft period.
I would love to see South Korea take this show on (JUST DONāT CUT IT DOWN TO 8 EPS AND 30 MINUTES LONG!!!! OVER ONE HOUR AND 12 EPS LONG OR DO NOT DO IT AT ALL!!!!!!!) with the way they tell a story and can branch out to side stories that all tight back to the main story, this would be great see this being told in that way.

I feel this! Mark and Tong touch like an actual straight couple doā¦.yeah i feel bad saying that but for me itās true. so we have heard of the female gaze and the male gaze, right? well i feel like i have this āstraightā gaze where when i watch bls i am watching through eyes that are use to watching straight shows. so when things like how bl mls touch each other come up i have this feeling like itās not enough because i know that in straight drama in general there is a lot more touching. I think this comment and GB prove my point. I really feel like Mark and Tong touch like straight drama ml leads and I love that. I want to see more touching and being intimate like how male leads are to female leads from bls. Now I am not saying there has to be of course one lead who touches like a male and one lead that is being touched like a female alone. it can be switched which is what I love about bls. it doesnāt have to been that only one can be the more male dominant one. it can be switched.
Anyway, I hope I am not being ignorant by commenting this. I just want to see more intimacy like what Mark and Tong give.
so I will start by saying that I havenāt been watching bls for a long time but I have noticed that every once and a while a Thai bl comes along that actually does really well with cinematography.
This is one of those bls and itās the best I have seen.
Despite what anyone says, one of the best I have seen since getting into bls before this show came out is Youāre My Sky. That show really knew how to give me the feels especially when it came to the two characters who longed for each other how they expressed it through sight and touch. They really focused on showing it differently and creative ways.
However Top Form takes everything to a whole new level!
I love ep 2 especially when Jin goes over how Akin helped him to cry and they literally take us to this day dream like sequence and both Jin and Akin bring us back to that beautiful and powerful moment in ep 1 again but reverse it so that Akin is the one being affected by Jin.
it also again gives us even more of a tast of how good of actors Smart and Boom are and how good their chemistry is.
I want more bls to do this and be as creative with their cinematography as this show is.
Kla's death was sad. Neither him nor Tong deserved that. It was clear that they loved each other like brothers…
