Looks like a plastic AI abomination.
Im going to give Seo In-guk a chance, because his acting is so superb, that i think he will convince us that reality it much better than AI manipulated relationships. You want variety and not dictatorship controlling the relationships, moulding what you only want, because that becomes boring and expected, plus it only lasts as long as you can pay for it. You want the spice of life that includes spontaneity.

South Korea is hemorrhaging from lost revenue as the Kpop bands took a heavy hit with many going to mandatory military duties for the past 3 years. They are suffering from corruption and poor choices, so they are hitting anyone with 💰 🤑💸💶💵💷💲 to revoup their losses. They are going to parade everyone across the headlines, to try and control them.
Lily Alice Feb 7, 2026
This is what happens when BTS and all the other Kpop bands stop bringing in billions in revenue. South Korea was used to rolling in the money, but now, all the hiatus of tours has sent them scrambling to find any loopholes to charge anyone to bring in money. It's been 3 years and the corruption has taken it's toll.

They are just targeting prominent people to destroy careers and ruin them in society. They are just trying to control and manipulate people, hitting them under the belts while they are challenged to be able to fight back. It's just salacious gossip. They are supposed to be so educated, yet they are just zombies walking around believing anything their phones say. Such a sad society. Great technology and improvements, but they will not rest until they have destroyed their own people. Save all your money and forget fighting a war. Just let them kill themselves from all the lies. It's a brilliant strategy. Stop building nuclear warheads and just spread salacious gossip. In 10 years no one will be left. Forget mandatory training for soldiers, since there will be no one to defend. Easiest tactic, let them destroy themselves.

I'm thinking this was the writer's first time. I want to say there was no editor. Maybe they uploaded a work in progress? Maybe they will go back and review it again...

I have seen him in many shows, and he does action series so well. It was great to give him a break in Backstreet Rookie, as it was a fun, crazy story. But nothing compares to the show he did in 🇲🇽 Mexico. My Name Is Gabriel was the name of the program. He was interviewed, and they asked him who he would want to be. What kind of job he asked for was the most challenging of all. He had no idea the adventure he would go on during this journey. It took him over 30 hours to get there, as his last flight was cancelled, so they lost a day of filming.
He was grabbed at the airport, as an induction to the family, ( plus it was a joke ), as he was to take over a different person's life for 3 days. Without rest and recuperation, he went straight out to the Agave fields to harvest, which would eventually become Tequila. He spent the whole day in the fields, learning how to harvest, breaking a tool in the process.
He spent the evening with his new family, as he was suddenly a husband to a wife, and father to a beautiful little baby girl. He then spent the rest of the evening hanging out with the boys and learning the culture. After breaking the shower, he then was so exhausted that he slept, trying to be rested for the next day, as he had a long laborious day ahead. He woke up early, washed his own clothes, and set out to conquer the day. He was still weary from his travels, but he had to go off alone to harvest what was not done the day before. He struggled, until one of the other guy showed up to check on him. He was so glad to see him that he hugged the guy, as it was his savior sent to help him. He survived the day, and truly understood the struggles of his counterpart. They made repairs to the tools and the shower. He then met the family. A bit of mayhem ensued. You just have to watch it. Then his journey came to an end. He had to return to South Korea.
I hope he was able to keep in touch with them. He was missed by the guys as well. He was made an honorary brother of sorts. He regretted asking for the hardest job they had, as it took a toll on him physically, but the experience with the people was a magical unforgettable experience in the toughness of life, walking a mile in another's shoes. He also found out what a joy Mexican Coca-Cola and the food was after a long day in the hot sun, toiling for a meager pay. A huge life lesson earned by blood, sweat, and tears, with blisters to prove it. He was the better for the adventure, but it was grueling. He has a newfound respect for them.

This is sad, all around, truly sad, but how does this controversy and ultimately his retirement specifically impact…
It's bad press. People really hold grudges, whether it's truth or slander. Run with the juicy gossip, destroy the person's life, rgen find out the truth later, but it does not matter. The coffin⚰️ was sealed with the first report, and anything subsequent thereafter will be extra nails. I must say, he must not want any of this to come to the light of day, as he folded quickly. That being said, he served his time, paid his fines, and unless he fears unreported offenses will be revealed, it's sad he jumped straight to retirement. I hate that gossip queues won. These journalists, and I use that term loosely as they have no integrity, are the tramp stamps of the writing profession. Blemishes that tarnish good reputations. It means that they will be even more ruthless in the future. Destroying wveryone in their wake, selling their souls for pocket change, it's scandalous in and of itself. If no one read it, if they blocked it, if people had an iota of decency, no one would allow this to continue. But the society covets other's things, and lives to celebrate people failing. It's sad really. Such a shame.

Im so happy for him. I hope and pray they can syand the test of time together. May he be successful in all of his future endeavors, as he was spectacular as the psychotic villain in Vincenzo. He delivered such a mind blowing character that I want to watch it over and over again. It will be iconic. Can't wait for his career to keep growing, along with his family.

Why is he always doing REVENGE only typa story EVERY FKN YEAR REPEATEDLY lol. Isn't way too much repetitive?
He did not write the scripts available. You are asking the wrong person. He just acts the parts, and he is extremely good at it. They need to get out of the revenge phase in writing, but most of life is full of revenge. Where I live, it is rampant. I just watch it unfurl and hope I don't get blind-sided on my way to and from my car. People aim their weapons poorly... they usually miss their intended targets. It happens multiple times a day. I like to watch how smart and calculating his characters are. Its a refreshing change from the dumba$$ery of my mundane life dodging others revenge not even intended for me.

It looks like Metabolic Bone Disease from lack of calcium dust in the dietwhile feeding the lizard the bugs it needs to survive, it can be offered. Plus it appears to be dehydrated and somewhat emaciated. She said she got the lizard from a friend, so she may not be aware of the humid conditions the lizard has to live in for it's environment. She may not be aware of the dietary requirements as well. I hope she can improve the life of the animal. It will be a difficult road ahead. Good luck.

I was once a member of a forum with a topic where we posted various mistakes made in Hollywood movies and series.…
In Hollywood, it is a game to find the bloopers. Sometimes we even refer to them now as easter eggs, because we are on the hunt to find them. It can be turned into a drinking game, but i would suggest juice instead of alcohol, as some shows have no continuity at all. Usually it's jewelry or props moving between takes. A necklace is in or out of the shirt, which is no big deal in either cultures, or a purse is on the different shoulders, but the film can be flipped as well to be backwards, so it is not a big deal either. But a script in your hand? That shows poor professionalism that you showed up unprepared for the shooting day, or, giving the shadows of doubts, a misinterpretation of the scene or spontaneous rewrite, which a misinterpretation could be rectified sooner, by talking to costars the night before, during preping. It shows that the actor put little to no respect into the performance, holding up production, which has tight filming schedules. Some of these shows only have a 60 day shoot or less for 56 hour long episodes. It's a tight squeeze if there are no delays. The next show is filming right afterwards, so they don't get a lot of wiggle room. It costs extra to stay longer, ruining the tight budget. They basically are treated as slave labor in the Chinese Hollywood. It's bad for the actors. They are treated badly by their agencies, and then to have drama by a co-actor is less than immature, and quite the deterrent to want to work with them again. Keep him as a frenemy. Survive the shoot and post interviews, then distance yourself from him.

He had a situation where he attacked a fellow actor verbally when Cheng Yi's poor acting was apparent in Heroes. He was brutal to the female lead during the filming of Love and Redemption, causing her to begin crying during a public gathering to promote the show, and she was unable to stop herself from all the anguish she endured from working with him, and he just stood there, doing nothing. The same actor he attacked in the show Heroes, which eas filmed many years later, was the leading man in the female leads next show, My Sassy Princess, who took good care of her onset, and she decided after her experience with him that she would continue with her career, after almost quitting all together after working with Cheng Yi, the demon. He has left a long trail of damage on most sets he has worked on, and I say that loosely, as I don't deem him worthy of describing him as working.

That's the thing about DUIs - they put other people at risk. And he wrote in his apology that they are assessing…
Part of the damages will be the contract price for being removed from the project filmed, especially mid shoot. He will have to pay 3 times what they would have paid him, minimum, plus whatever they agree upon as revenue losses. Usually, they will be dropped by their companies, endorsements will disappear, leaving more financial loss and contract disputes for losses of ambassadorships, and more. So, it is not just property losses, as everyone backpedals to distance themselves, as DUI's make them into lepers, untouchable for years. For a country that bases their whole lives around drinking until you are wasted and passed out, learning how to drink being a right of passage, they certainly condemn the people who get caught Driving Under the Influence. I think they need to promote more services that can help them to learn how to figure out something else to do socially, or limit them to 4 drinks and then Shirley Temples after that has been reached. All the fun and laughter, but none of the consequences afterwards.

Where we, as a Western Society, laugh at bloopers, and may even make it a game about spotting them, the Asian culture expects perfection, always, first and foremost. It is seen as an egregious error. You could lose your entire career depending on who it is, which I suspect will happen, as this actor does not take kindly to these types of issues.
Lily Alice Sep 18, 2025
I have been saying this forever, but now they just promoted the fact that Cheng Yi is such a poor actor. Thank you for the redemption, proving exactly who and what he is. It's about time the truth emerges. What it also means is that this was his best tale of footage for that scene, otherwise they would not have used it, which means he still can't act his way out of a paper bag. Vindication is so sweet. I am laughing so hard that he and his team outed himself. Maybe this will motivate him to improve himself, instead of blaming others for his poor performances.

To get anywhere in their very competitive industry, you need a well known sign on agency that will be active in…
Yes, but if you watch Love Of Thousad Years, you will see a dramatic change in her acting. Before, she tried to be cutsy, and a couple times, overacting the comedy. She says in interviews that Zheng Ye Cheng was instrumental in working with her to mature her acting. Then, she took that inspirational learning with her, sharing it with Ding Yu Xi, Leo Wu, and most of all Chen Zhe Yuan. You could see the BTS practices, where their confidence and friendships became deep, making better connections with palpable chemistry that was not present in their previous works. The passionate scenes of love and hate were beyond believable, as you felt you were there, watching it first-hand, but knowing you were at home. She improved and shared her knowledge, creating better interactions. Leo Wu taught her as well mm since he grew up in front of the cameras from such a young age. He kept her safe when he rode the horse 🐎 , even though she was scared 😱 witless, as she thought the horse 🐎 went crazy 🤪 . She learned how remarkable all her leading men, let alone all the cast and staff were to her with each production she attended. She has never listed and formal training from any schools. So she is a diamond in the rough.

So, all it takes is to make one mistake and you are done in that country?!
You don't even have to make a mistake. You just have to be framed by someone, and down the drain you go... they are only happy when they can destroy your pride, and reputation, which drives the victim into suicide. It's a real problem.

Suicide is #1 death reason in Asian countries. Did not get first place in Academics? Dead. Did not win the trophy? Dead. Did not succeed in career? Dead. Succeeded in career, but 1 wrong choice? Dead.

Some things, like The Burning Sun Nightclub Sting Operation, with the heinous acts they did to women and worse, yeah, I agree with the death penalty for how they discarded and possibly killed women. They can choose their own fate equal to what they did to others. They set the bar for how they should be treated. I will not stop you. But the silly things that are really no reason to harm yourself. Just come to America and you can be first in the class with high honors, as we are getting dumber by the minute...
