Sounds like a gross movie to me. Some of the characters in Cutie Pie are still very gross too, despite it being popular. But at least the drama is not quite that gross.

Though "Not as gross as a movie glorifying rape" isn't much of a bragging right.

Got to agree with you on this. Kuea is too capable to fold to the toxic crap. I think the problem is that he's in love and sometimes people in love put up with awful treatment because they don't have a sense of how to let the love go.

I thought gen y 2 had some real merits. It realy wasn't perfect, but I feel it wasn't as bad as some people made it out to be. I felt its two main problems were dropping plot points after creating hints or setups for what could have been interesting twists, and omg the pacing in the second half of the season needed work. But other than that, I was good with gen Y 2.

Pok sucked initially. But his behavior was framed as bad, most of the time.

I've come to believe the rating on shows like this is high because lots of people still get off on abuse porn. This may not be that graphic, but it hits all the same elements. It's pretty terrible.

It's not just you. Lian gives a lot of people bad vibes. He's very manipulative and very creepy. And I was hoping it would get better, but it's actually getting worse.

Everyone here can separate fiction from real life. That doesn't mean we have to like fiction that depicts negative tropes or wrong acts as romantic or sexy. Ya'll think just because it's fiction that suddenly makes it okay.
