But he quickly quit that, didnt he? and moved onto roses and telling her she is pretty and inviting her to a fancy…
Of course , suit's the script for that daddy to come up and flirt with Yeong-rye. Perfect excuse..... But joking aside, the fault is on the writer and director. Usually actors act according to the script and through directors guidance.
Eight episodes in with only four left, there’s barely enough screen time or story for Yeong-Rye to suddenly fall in love with ‘Daddy.’ But sure, rush it and call it even — it’ll just end up being the most disappointing ending, in my opinion.
Having everyone around, even family members, pushing Jaepil and Yeong-Rye to unveil their feelings cause they like each other beyond friendship, get closer and become a couple, only for them to stay friends and for her to end up with ‘Daddy’? Come on. I’d honestly feel bad for her character’s writing if that’s how it ends.
I don't see how that poor guy is anywhere in the wrong
And it's wise for Yeong-rye to end up with jung-hyun? Brother's friend , the one who called her ugly her whole life, ah wait.. now she is not ugly anymore to him so yeong-rye have to fall for him cause romance plot hole... have you seen how playful and understanding are Jeapil and Yeong-rye with each other? Jung-hyun is nowhere near that .
JH just like YR decided to give upnon JP because the writer is trying to convey that the girl's love for each…
Yeah, but Jong-Hee wasn’t happy at all either when she saw Jaepil and Yeong-Rye being playful at the hospital. What did she expect — for him to wait for her after being gone for seven years? She also came between them in a way (not on purpose) again after that horse accident, when she ended up in front of Jaepil at the hospital. Of course, Yeong-Rye saw them, and here we go again — the same bandwagon of doubt. The romance plot writing is, unfortunately, childish in some parts.
Yep, the hand is yeong-rye's but the jacket ? Usually Jaepil wears those jackets but we have to wait until that…
If it's required by the script sure, it's professional, but She chooses her scripts carefully, and I can see a pattern in her preferences. I’ve been a fan of Da-Mi for a very long time — maybe even more devoted than some known Korean fans.
What are you saying? She's one of the female leads, they've done the right thing for showing us what happened…
No one took away your right to speak. Don't we all have opinions? I’m just saying they did the right thing by showing Jong-Hui’s backstory — it was something that had been missing. Now, if you didn’t like it or found it boring, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t crucial to the storyline. Whether you find Jong-Hui interesting or not, she and Yeong-Rye are the main focus — the core of the drama’s plot.
Episode 8 wasn't as good as episode 7 in my opinion. There was too much about Jong Hui, who is not as interesting…
What are you saying? She's one of the female leads, they've done the right thing for showing us what happened back then after Jong-Hui stubbed the conductor and vanished. The drama theme is all about friendship obviously , romance is a sidekick.
7 years, both should have been more honest. Reply 1988 SML lost because of timing
I’m okay with that, but not with the lawyer — it feels forced. Yeong-Rye has always seen him as an adviser and a good friend of the family. With only four episodes left, trying to fill that gap just isn’t believable to me.”

Yeong-Rye while she got him in a headlock - "Do you want to die? Cut it off" 🤣
Ah... those two.
