I had high hopes for this drama but i wasnt able to get past Episode 5 because the FL and the plot was frustrating.

I picked it up since KJH's role is the total opposite from Waikiki and School 2017. True enough the characters and acting are good but i myself wanted a happy ending to which im guessing i wont have lol but anyway, will still continue to watch.

The original Meteor Garden is the main reason why i have been hooked to asian dramas. I was a first grader then and i became an avid fan of the F4. I remember coming home straight after classes to catch the episodes. I couldnt wait for the remake though.

Kinda surprised too! I was guessing this would be like a 30plus episode drama

Its a good thing i gave this a go. Cdrama writers and directors should learn from this drama. We all need lead characters who are strong willed and independent women who can defend themselves!

This was supposed to be released last year but then there were problems with the producers and the writer. Been watching some of the episodes and I'm loving the characters. Although i'm kinda preparing myself emotionally and mentally for an angsty ending like i'm not up for any fluffy endings here huhu

But dang son, Elvis Han is really hawt. The tension between him and SunYi in the first few episodes is ugh.

Watched the first few episodes and it feels kinda off for me. I guess i'll resume by next week

@t๏๏_daesung Yuuuh it totally broke my heart when i knew that her laptop password is still 1399 and Nan Xian's house password is 1399 too like i got a bit frustrated cause i wanted them to be back together but ughh so many stuff are in their way. Im on episode 26 now and its the bomb though cause its getting a bit clearer so im excited for the few days to come. Good thing subbers on Viki are really fast. What episode are you on right now?

@Taylor_elle True! So far the drama is quite dragging (e.g Yixin issues is sprouting out like crazy) Im on episode 26 right now and its what i have been waiting for. So excited for the next episodes to come since im kinda sure the problems are gonna be resolved. What ep are you on right now?

Exactly my sentiments too. I kinda hated Zhan Hans character in the beginning cause i thought he was leading her on and making things hard for her(as a revenge) but in reality he wants her to learn to stand up for herself. I find it cute when he talks to the turtle like its really Wen Nuan. Im kinda excited as to what really happened 7 years ago. Side characters were cute too like Wen Nuan's assistant and the CEO friend of Zhang Han

I binged watched yesterday on Viki and so far so good. Plot is kinda cliche, but the characters are good. Progression is kinda slow but tolerable. I love Zhang Han though.

Saw a trailer for the special episode. Its a crack episode where they switched roles lol. Ivy Shao being the rich and well known chef while Chris Wu became the poor market vendor. Sadly i couldnt find the special episode anywhere though.

I heard there was a problem due to copyright issue between the author and the production team thats why it keeps on being pushed back. There are clips though that have been uploaded on youtube.
