Title Man's Inhumanity to Man
I just started watching it, very good!!! unfortunately, good dramas never get much promotion outside of China.
That's so true. Another outstanding series is The Long Way Back AKA GUI DUI, which won a number of awards. So far, I'm the only person to have reviewed it on IMDb. If any of you have seen it, please review. Others need to see it.

Does it have any romance?
It has some, but it's so emotionally fulfilling in other ways--I don't think you'll feel you need more in the way of romance. I didn't (and I like romance in my dramas).
