A satisfying drama
I wasn’t expecting much from this series, but it exceeded my expectations. Both the ML and FL were surprisingly compelling as two lonely souls undergoing the stresses of modern life and managing somehow to cope. These two are surrounded by other eccentrics–in particular a male cross-dresser who’s included and embraced by the people in the neighborhood. I was blown away by the fact that this character is portrayed as human and likable–not as a monster to be rejected and despised. This drama is funny, well-acted, and poignant. The only negative is the last episode which rushed the ending, leaving a number of plot points dangling. Other than that–a very satisfying drama.
