For me, it’s her fake nose.. it’s obvious she’s had plastic surgery. I guess it suits her charcter to the…
It does not matter why the actress had plastic surgery. Imho this is none of our business. We are not in her head and we don't know her fears or her insecurities or even if she had to deal with peer pressure like Mi Rae in the drama. You know how the entertainment industry is, always trying to shame people one way or another so maybe she did it because of that. We really don't know the reason so we should just leave her alone and accept her as she is right now.
This is the whole point of the drama. Stop judging and shaming people about their appearance, stop labeling them. Even the prettiest people are filled with insecurities so imagine the other ones...
It's probably just me. the thing that's stopping me from watching this is the evident age difference between the…
In the beginning, I thought that she looked way older than Kyung Seok and even her friend/roommate look much younger than her. Mi Rae is tall too so when she is around the smaller frame actresses she looks older and it was bothering me until I read the webtoon. In the webtoon I feel like she looks older too, she is taller than her friends, etc so now I find that the actress is perfect to represent the Mi Rae from the webtoon. Soo Ah also looks much younger and smaller than her in the manhwa.
It was very silly, the plot was lacking and sometimes made no sens but still it made me have some good laughs lol. Also very short episodes which I did appreciate.
Yes me too I did feel sorry for his mom and his ex-fiancée but much much more for his mom because she was waiting so much for him to wake up and you can tell she reaaaally love her son. She will certainly be destroyed if he is really dead and specially in this manner.
As for Tae Joo your points are valid. Still I choose to believe that 1988 is not a fantasy but some kind of parallel universe and that he is happy over there. During all the drama it strucked me how unhappy he was to the point where I even asked myself if perhaps the actor himself Jung Kyung Ho was unhappy, that's how much he made me believe how unhappy Han Tae Joo was. So I was just relieved to see him smile and be happy in the last episode. I wanted him to be happy so bad :)
But still I feel you and if what you think is really true, then it's terrible.
Wow, judging by all your comments I can see that you are really devastated by the ending. I am so sorry for you. I can see how you could see it like that.
I think it's really a matter of seeing the glass half full or half empty. For me it was an happy ending and I liked it like that but since everyone is different I can see where you are coming from. It's like me for the drama "Something in the rain". I loved it so much in the beginning and hated it so much by the time that I finished it, it's why I can relate and feel sympathy for you :)
This drama remind me so much of Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu... I love Lee Min Ki and Jung So Min in this. It's my first time watching her and I really like her!
I really like this Drama. I watched the Korean version first and think the comment comparing them to Harry Potter…
In my opinion she liked the 8th Prince way way more than the 4th Prince and this showed throughout the entire series and until the end.
The end of me was at the end of episode 33 when she jumped into the arms of 8th Prince (I almost thought they were going to kiss), crying in his arms and then looking at him longingly and for a long time through the curtain from the carriage... pfff
She didn't do any of that for the 4th Prince who supposedly is the love of her life. I know he was mad at her but still she could have showed more sadness and hurt over leaving him than she did.

Awww I just finished this drama and felt exactly the same way as you.
In the Korean version (Hae Soo) and in this one even more, I felt like Ruo Xi didn't like the 4th Prince. She talked about how she loved him, but I my opinion she never showed, nor demonstrated in her actions that she loved him. It was always about saving someone, defending somebody against the 4th Prince, never caring for him really...
This little ads are riduculous but I still kind of like them even if I keep laughing about the absurdity of the plots lol
Also I like the actress... ok not just her...

Fighting!!! :)
I knew her since Unstoppable Hick Kick. Sometimes I really disliked her character in it but I always liked her :)
Like the Koreans would say, I am so frustrated that I could die...
