Son Bo-Hyun is my favourite character in his and I love that Chan is basically acting as himself :') I hope he gets cast in more dramas in the future, he's a natural!
I've really enjoyed the first two episodes! I love the grandpa/grandson relationship, it's very endearing and it's nice to see someone in the family who stands up for Hye-Joon. Park So Dam is wonderful in this so far as well! This is definitely going to be a drama that I will be waiting for each week :D
I would be enjoying this drama a lot more I'd Jaeyoung wasn't there or was at least a better person. He's just an irritant at this point. Like turning up at a holiday cottage uninvited, telling Yisang that Hari wouldn't be in pain if she was with him instead...none of it makes any rational sense. She has endometriosis. He can't make that go away because he is fertile like wtf. He's a doctor, he should have more common sense than that
I'm really enjoying this drama but I'm finding Jae Young and Eutteum increasingly more annoying as the drama is progressing (JY more so). He has no regard or respect for her personal space and he's stopped developing as a character and it just feels like he's there to be a pain in the ass at this point.
I'm hoping it changes over the next few weeks as I am really enjoying Ha Ri and Yi Sang's character development so far but next week's preview is looking like that might not be the case :')
Jung So Min is a great actress and she is really nailing her role in this so far. I am loving this drama, it reminds me a bit of It's ok, that's love which also deals with mental health, a subject that sometimes feels a bit taboo in Korea. It's dealing with issues and conditions which I feel other dramas wouldn't go near.
I'm not bothered by the age gap, it's like 15 years difference? Once your an adult the age thing doesn't really matter as long as it's legal and there's nothing dodgy going on and I mean, she's 31. It's not like she's just got out of school and is dating a 40 year old man. I am enjoying watching how their relationship changes and grows with each episode. It doesn't feel like it's being forced which is a sign of good acting and storytelling.
Hwang Jun Eum is a very expressive actress and whilst I've enjoyed her previous dramas, they did sometimes feel a bit too over the top with the reactions and screaming. First episode in to this drama and she's got into character really well and I'm really enjoying her acting. The whole cast have been impressive so far, it's nice to see Yook Sung Jae in a main role since he's someone we don't see as much despite him being a good actor! I'm looking forward to tomorrow's episode :D
I just want a spin off drama with Woo Do Hwan as his various characters, he is a fantastic and hilarious actor! he switches so easily between the two characters, it's seamless!
I need some recommendations to watch (for new dramas) now that I've finished this. :) Anyone?
I've been watching Itaewon Class on Netflix and am enjoying it so far! It'll be hard for anything to beat CLOY though, it's definitely been one of those rare epic dramas!
Netflix keeps trolling me by promoting Stranger at the top slot when I log in which makes me think that season 2 is out :') I'm so excited for this drama, it's one of the best I've seen so I'm really hoping season 2 is just as amazing!
It's been a while since I really got into a drama like I have with this one! I was too busy to watch weekly drama so binged it all so thankfully only have to wait for the last 2 episodes now, I'd find it so hard waiting each week xD I've really enjoyed the different characters plots and back stories, Ji Hyun Joon is definitely one of my favourites, P.O has played him so well!! I hope the last episodes tie everything up well <3
This is a great drama so far, only 2 episodes in and I already feel pretty invested and want to watch more. Why does this happen on the odd occasion I decide to watch a drama which has only just started airing? xD It's not too over the top like other dramas I've watched recently and the comedy is spot on. I love the contrast between her work and private life, it's pretty amusing! Looking forward to the next episode :D
First episode was a little confusing and slow but it's really picked up since episode 2! Watched all 4 episodes which are available and it's great so far, hopefully we see a bit more of Lee Dong Wook in the next few episodes. This cast is super stacked with great and familiar actors/actresses so I am really looking forward to the rest of the series :D
Words cannot describe how excited I am for this! Stranger was perfection so very happy to see the same actors back in their roles for a second season :D
This drama has a stacked cast, they're all amazing! I love that you get to learn more and more about all the characters as the story goes on, the character development is really on point. I haven't been this excited for a gritty drama since Stranger, can't wait for next weeks episodes!
I've been watching this on Netflix since it came out a couple of weeks ago and the only bad thing I've found about it so far is that I have to wait a week to see the next couple of episodes ;_; Very cute, lighthearted drama so far, I love it! The OST compliments it really well!
I'm hoping it changes over the next few weeks as I am really enjoying Ha Ri and Yi Sang's character development so far but next week's preview is looking like that might not be the case :')
