He was in coma. We saw his parents taking him back home for treatments, so I guess after he recovered with the help of the notebook, he went back to Tol

We just didn't see him recovering because we saw events from Tol's POV.

In EP 5, the little date and then bonding

In EP 12, Tin opened up to Tol before they slept together

In EP 13, Because Tol didn't give up on that patient that's what made Tin to assist him in saving that guy. Even at the end, it was seeing Tol dying that brought back the memories of Tin

Lemme add this too. if you check the first time he treated Tol b4 the loop, when he noticed alcohol smell of Tol, he only focused on the older man instead

But that's the case for all emergency doctor, after preserving or checking a patient, they move them to higher ranked doctors for further treatment

You need to rewatch the first two episodes again, while rewatching you'll see that there EP 11 Tin is actually the same as to how Tin was in the beginning

The only time he felt bad after Tol dying was from ep 3 when he realised Tol wasn't a drunk driver other than that, he just wanted to break the loop. He even told Jinta multiple times when does he have to save this stupid kid, that he deserved to die
