Honest review of MMDIY up to ep.10 (yes i watched weekly) : This episode was not the worst out the series but…
i agree with all of your points. I'm still watching cause I'm curious but i fast forward through most scenes. i think the entertainment value comes from how bad it is.
If you haven't already read the novel, buy it and read it. https://www.mebmarket.com/ebook-278699-Blank--English-versionIf…
i only watch season 1 with your subs. they are solid. i don't wanna read the novel based on what i heard about it lol. i bought all the magazines. it helps. also the reaction videos are fun
I know what they were portraying with older actresses playing Nueng and Anueng, but it was confusing at first.…
the problem was that they chose actors who didn't look that much older than our two faves sitting right there next to the ep. if they had picked folks in their 40s and 60s i would have been on board. also AN would never have those nails 😂 but i agree i love that it's canon that these two lasted. just put grey hair on Faye next time and be done with it lol I'm still processing. and really that aspect and that grandma never got hers for being an abuser... are the two things that don't sit well with me. but it's fresh on the mind with high emotions. tomorrow i might be ok with it
Finale had solid acting. i liked it a lot. it wrapped things up. but what a choice to go with new actors. i kept asking out loud who tf they are. it is what it is
Bitch!!! I can't. I really can't. I'm a grown ass woman literally covering my mouth, eyes and kicking my feet.…
This grown ass woman has given up on watching the show while sitting down. all the nervous energy and excitement need to go somewhere. between the bouncing, squealing, almost breaking the space bar on my keyboard and yelling at Chad (intentional spelling) the last ep was a workout. Don't get me started on my cheek muscles. Aunty Nim for MVP
is it possible to give a show an 11? it gets better with every episode. it's acted and structured so well! it's so rich i spend over an hour analyzing per episode with my friend. all the scenes that are mirrors and recurring themes and all that. amazing!! not to mention the beauty and talent of the leads and how well fed we are when it comes to the naughtier things. I've lost count how many times i rewatched the show in its entirety. gonna go back for some birthday cake now. see you next week
I feel you, I feel the same way so you're definitely not alone in feeling that way. I do know a handful of people…
I'm personally absolutely stoked for Kim Tae-ri's GL that's airing end of August. She always delivers. and we know she can play gay. it's great how many options we have this year
the first episode was really not the best starting point but I decided to give it another try. episode 2 was somewhat better. i just wish the camera would stop moving constantly. usually shaking cams are supposed to underline fast paced and dynamic scenes. so mom and daughter sitting at a table don't need that much movement. makes me almost dizzy.
i was really angry about episode 10. Why would they have Aylin missing and struggling with something just to have Mawin (a side character and man) talk over her once she is ready to share? she was brave in gathering everyone and then got silenced. Then Ton made the bullying topic about him. The resolution, if there was one, of tension between Luna and Aylin happened off screen. Unless they show it next week how Luna apologizes for pushing and reassures her supposed girlfriend.
and don't get me started on outing people. sun just blabbing on about Aylin and Luna if she doesn't know if the home is safe to do so and then running away after dropping a bomb that could derail Ongsa's life... i only stay calm cause it's within her character to be hotheaded. she is a kid and they often assume everyone's home is like their own. The show better not make Ongsa out to be the bad guy for wanting to not come out yet. the writing really isn't as good anymore. the show peaked at episode 7. well, two more to go...
Does the trailer use footage from the actual show or from an extra shoot and the actual show might look different? like 23.5 trailer Ongsa was so different from actual show
I feel warm and hapoy watching the show. i keep rewatching episodes. it's my happy place. nothing bad happens and if it does we can gently manage. i smile every second the show is on my screen. such a gift. I've ordered the mangas but they are hard to come by where i live I'm gonna miss them
but i agree i love that it's canon that these two lasted. just put grey hair on Faye next time and be done with it lol
