Is there a real proper ending for second couple on the novel ?

Yes, there is definitely a dynamic in C-BL that is reccurent.
For ABO, to tell the truth I was somehow a bit into that second couple (and they didn't have a much more healthier relationship XD )

Maybe what also does the trick for me about love after addiction is - beside the fact that there is not so much manipulative tension - the fact that I was reaaaaaaally into addicted when it aired. And that time time already I thought Yang Meng character and Chen Wen actor were really cute.
His character is more mature and less clueless in there which is nice and they were able to keep the same actor which really made me quite biased about it.

I thought it was an upcoming drama ... Therefor yes. It was definitely annonced during the worst phase.

It seemed to me that it was stricter 5 years ago ?
Last year there was a few dramas that were released ... I don't know how it's shot ... but I was really suprised to see that happening while 5 years ago everything was shut down ?

Did something new happen recently ?

This year there was ABO ... another one which was probably shoot in Thailand ? both had very unhealthy relationships displayed ... ABO has vaguely the excuse of alternative universe ... still not sure how to handle the being raped and then thinking it's okay ... the other drama with manipulative ... super manipulative guy ... and that love hate passive agressive kind of back and forth ... it was not making much sens. But mostly the level of unhealthyness of the relations displayed on those really made me feel uncomfortable.

Comparatively, as for me, this one is ... a bit messy but it seems more likely to happen ... comparatively ...

But I can respect everyone seeing interest in different stories. :3

Oh ... Somehow I think the scene with You xi hold Yang Meng's ankle was very lovely.

I missed Chen Wen so much ... I am just happy to see him.

I don't try to expect too much from the scenario ... I think Chinese BL are ... a bit messy anyway and the author of Addicte, anyway, has a kink for very unlikely situations so ... I can do with more non sens.

Actually, somehow, this drama makes more sens than many other thing I've seen.

I don't know why they never had a drama on their own ... or I didn't know about it. I just randomly saw them pop up hre and there. The most unexpected being them appearing in Midnight Motel.

But even if not I am still happy to see them appear in the cast.

I really like Ing.
I think it’s a bit of a shame that her character hasn’t more depth … but probably better than trying to make it more complicated than required for the show consistency.
But I really like her acting and she’s very beautiful.

I already was thinking Pheem would be perfectly legit so obviously after this week episode I have that wish that against all thaï BL rule they pair Jira and Pheem.
… I am a bit worried about how they can believabley bring Koh back into some kind of redemption ….
