Nothing against Miles Wei, I never heard of him before, and so I have no anticipation
I only know him from Flourished Peony and its sequel. I hated his character (which we were meant to). He's one of those singers turned actors like Liu Yuning with a built-in fan base.

I have no idea if he's taking acting lessons? How do you absolutely, positively know he isn't?
Personally, I love Xu Kai's acting skills and interpretation. I would hope if he did take lessons it wouldn't turn him into a conventional, same-as-everybody-else, interchangeable, cookie-cutter actor. Xu Kai is unique, and that’s what fans - both in China and internationally - love about him.
LYN has a fan base because of his singing career. He shouldn't be compared to Xu Kai.

Why are you guessing as to how this has affected his career financially? What is the purpose of this kind of speculation? By the way, Xu Kai hasn't lost a single sponsor. Also, when he signs a new contract, whoever it may be with, he will likely benefit financially.

Pardon me, but fuck AvenueX. Xu Kai doesn't pay her to promote him, so of course she's going to give him crap. Why do you listen to her? Same with all the other negative social media commenters. Unlike other actors, KaiKai doesn't pay protection money. That's why he's an easy target.
