Dad's front and center. Chen Hui is relegated to a couple role. I'd prefer son and dad, which I think would better represent the main dynamic.

But ... the couple portrayal might be a way to ease viewers who are used to seeing #XuKai in an onscreen couple relationship into this very different drama.

It doesn't really explain much.

I always felt that Falling Into Your Smile must be an ironic title as "Smiling" rarely smiled. Maybe she was falling into Lu Sicheng's smile?😀

Contract negotiations or cancelation may/will delay future projects.

The fact that there are four new Xu Kai dramas coming soon is exciting. Three this year and one early next year is one possibility.

I respect and support Xu Kai's choices and wish him the best in both his personal and professional lives.
