I practically melt into a puddle each time I watch an episode, but this actually made me form a puddle of tears. All happy tears, that confession has my heart.

And the way Karan literally had a schedule for any possible moment he could help Achi, just the fact that all three things he does are nothing out of his way, simple stuff like pulling down the shades, getting the hot water going and holding the elevator doors. Such simple things, but he saw that they make Achi comfortable and happy and he just does them. Ugh, we all deserve a Karan

Not much for the uncut scenes this episode, they were mostly to provide continuity and context cues

1) The first cut scene was very short, just a continuation of their kiss in the car, showing them actually sitting in the car and initiating the kiss.
2) Another scene was at the grocery store, before they both affirm that they have feelings for each other, when Ten playfully tries to stop Prem from escaping the conversation about their kiss after the date.
3) The third short scene is a really cute science lesson on serotonin, dopamine and epinephrine.
4) Then there's a fourth one where Jane apologises to Fire for seeing someone else after they got back together, an extension of their conversation about Fire's feelings for Dy.
5) The last one is just before the scene where Ten asks for a lunchbox because he's going on the internship. Prem actually comes to the café to meet Dy after his conversation with Fire, and when he sees Prem there, he goes to him.

So I was actually hoping the uncut version would have a longer runtime than the usual 51 to 52 minutes since the version on YouTube is around 48 minutes, but it was the same runtime.
There were only 5 scenes in the uncut that were completely new, and a couple that were shown in the previous episode used to provide continuity in this episode.

He’s so awkward, it’s cool
His dancing this episode completely encapsulates your phrase, "so awkward, it's cool" 😂😎

The chemistry really do be chemistrifying, I can't begin to count the moments where I wished I could focus on every detail on both their faces, whether it be Karan and Achi or Min and Jinta, because they're so expressive when it comes to their thoughts.
Those soft smiles and heart eyes are seriously melting me, they need to teach a masterclass on subtle love cues because they're nailing it!

The cut version of this episode is totally understandable without these scenes, but with them, it's a nice touch.

Now the second important scene was more of a flashback of previous scenes. The part where Fire and Jane are discussing Dy while they eat featured a couple of cut aways to the scenes with Fire and Dy in the car at the beginning of the episode, and the scene where Dy ignores Fire in the store while they're all shopping.
It was a replay scene, but the instance where they used it was really smart because it showed that despite him denying it, Fire was flustered and bothered about what went down with Dy in each of the situations respectively.

Now the important/cute stuff.
1) There were two scenes with Prem and Ten during their date that were cut. One was them going to the restaurant and ordering, and the other was during the dessert scene. It had conversations about small business owners and a lesson on the history of sugar, and it was just an extension of the two scenes that were super sweet. It also gave us an insight into Prem's dreams and experiences, which I found very neat.
