I just finished watching Ep 26 and yet I feel like there’s so much to be told in this story that 14 episodes…
Yea, prince FXY is smoking hot! I'm gonna watch him as the ML in Decreed by Fate. As far as his role in WRTW is concerned, I don't mind becoming BFX's SIL lol 🤣
BFX will not be portrayed as a fragile woman *fingers crossed*. She'll be the Queen & the one who leads the army in the war but FLX saves her when she's injured (but I still hope they don't make her character look weak because the novel never dumb downed both BFX & HFX)
why do I feel that eps 23-26 was very (dare I say) dull?took barely a minute to handle minister ying mu and take…
I can understand your opinions but they planned a lot before directly handling that minister (building moyu, training, dam, investigation). I'll call it smooth instead of dull. The future episodes will be full of angst & the plot will become fast-paced/ more entertaining.
FLX met Prince FXY for a truce and yea, I wanted more to that. BFX will probably make a more grand appearance as Queen FXY.
Yes. It's not that he wins the war. BFX gets badly injured & FLX realizes that he would rather be with BFX. He prioritizes their love above his ambition. So, the war ends with HC as the emperor and BFX-HFX finding solace in each other's arms 🤞
Yes, HCR liked HFX but HC didn't love BFX. He found her interesting (beauty+ martials arts+ smartness) & thought she'll make a good empress. I wouldn't call it love, but if BFX and HC were destined to be a couple (which will never happen), Ig their interactions would have led to love
In the novel, FLX is also a shady, anti-hero type of character. He is 'after the world' too. They have made FLX…
The book did not change much except make FLX more likable. Though the leads knew each other's identity in the book, It was never directly mentioned or acknowledged till BFX returns to Qingzhou. Till now the drama has been doing justice to the novel as far as I know.
Why do you think BFX entered Jianghu in the first place? Why do you think she hates getting involved in court/ palace politics so much?? There is a reason. She knows that she can't be free and true to herself by living as royalty. Where do you think this thought of hers stemmed from at such a young age (when she entered Jianghu)??
Maybe they won't show much about her mother but THOSE IDEALS EXIST!! You'll know when BFX rejects Huang Chao in ep 30. Huang Chao will even assure her that she'll be the only one in his heart if she becomes his empress and that having concubines won't come in her way. Yet, BFX rejects him for two reasons, 1. she loves FLX & 2. She wants monogamy.
It's been some time since I read the novel, but HCR and HC are made of each other considering their ambitions and motives. I really loved their interaction as kids in the flashback
paraphrasing: "Jealously... Could be a man's demise" hahahaha
Zhong Li is good at exaggerating small things! But hey, I can't complain. At least he's trying to be a good wingman whereas the Ren brothers...arghh, don't even get me started. I really don't want to curse our general Chuanyu for interrupting their kiss
He wants to rule the world (aka Dadong), I don't think the emperor will provide armies to overthrow himself. Also,…
Fountain Abode is a secretive organization, it's not like a sect or an army, they don't need a training ground or food supplies. etc which is required to maintain an army. A leader like HFX+ headquarters+ extensive network = Fountain Abode. This can be done secretively but building an army would have been too much hassle. Or maybe an army was not in FLX's plan before. I'm not really sure, it's just my opinion.
