Hi!! Sorry this might be a bit of a strange question, but could any novel readers spoil me on the ending and who the killer is? Obvi put it in a spoiler tag!! Bit silly but I hate being kept in suspense when watching shows lol
She lost her legs when she got into a car accident. Right? SunJae saved her from drowning when she fell off the…
She did lose her legs in a car accident, yes. The hospital scene was a flashback, it was her remembering that Sun Jae was the one who saved her in the car accident. Nothing happened in the drowning thing, that whole scene was basically just her realising that Sun Jae was the one who saved her originally :))
Before I start this, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if there's defo romance between the two leads? I know it hasn't finished airing but is it obvious that they're going to become a couple?
We need a special episode just for NorthSonic. Way's death was unnecessary and didn't need to happen. It seems…
Yes, it really seemed like they were trying to redeem him through his death, which is just such an utterly frustrating direction to go in. Like, I'd get it if he betrayed Babe differently, but when it's SA I just can't forgive it at all.
Maybe I didn't watch it properly but I swear when Way took that bullet it wasn't even gonna hit Babe? Also that whole scene Tony was completely focused on Babe, like both Pete and Way had a gun and could've totally shot Tony in that moment?? Idk it just seemed like a really poorly directed scene.
Also, how are they not gonna give us NorthSonic :((((( Like, I kinda get not giving us any of the other supposed 'couples', cause they would've needed a lot more eps for the development to make sense, but they could've so easily given us NorthSonic. The whole relationship is basically built, they didn't even need a massive love confession scene, just like, have them hold hands or something. I really wanted them together :((
Lastly, Way's dying scene was just weird. Like, I'm not upset he died, I did not like him at all, but the fact they made Babe say things like ''I love you'', and ''I won't be angry at you anymore'', when Way attempted to r-word Babe is just insane to me. Someone else in the comments mentioned that it reminded them of Lhong from TharnType, and I completely agree. They were trying to make us sympathise with him and I just hate that so much. I know that a lot of people really like his character and I can understand why, he's very complex and interesting to watch, but I really hate that they made Babe essentially forgive him. I just don't get why they had to add the SA in the first place, it really threw me off when it happened and I've struggled to enjoy the show properly since.
1. 37 2. Korea 3. Romance, drama, and youth. 4. My Dearest, part 1 and 2 5. Revenant 6. It was good!! I think time travel-y things were a big trend in the drama world this year, for Korean dramas especially, and I loved that a lot. 7. Maybe start posting my reviews of things properly? It would be nice to look back at how certain dramas made me feel in the moment
I actually like this series, it's cute and simple which is nice. Obviously the acting isn't absolutely brilliant but for their first ever drama I think it's pretty okay. I also like the fast pacing, usually Thai bl's have us waiting till the last couple of episodes till the leads finally confess their feelings lol
