You taped a photo of a guy you had a crush on to a page in your notebook you'd written a love song on, then crashed…
So true. Thankfully I did have some friends who knew that I am gay but for the rest, I am still closeted. We did share fair amount of time with each other since we were kinda close but now, we don't any connections at all lmao. I was screaming so loud while watching because I saw myself in War.

Not literally everything. Just some small scenarios lol. Like the basketball thingy, listening to music, school bands, etc. It didn't end up happily tho
this gotta be one of my personal favorites just because of how relatable it is. I am a gay teen, like Best, and what he went through was so freaking relatable. I was screaming and blushing the whole time because those scenarios happened to me before. Just a nice way to recall.
though this drama was good, i would've preferred her ending up as single rather than with Zhang Yuan. It felt a bit draggy during EP20 onwards that I was skipping through a lot of scenes. I wasn't satisfied with the ending, and I personally didn't like it but overall, this is a really good one.
It was cute. Love to see YinWar again as leads. The setting is what I love the most - vibrant and youthful with freshness. Though the storyline is kinda overused, I still find this good.
Let me tell my perspective about the story because I am really okay with what happened. This is my reason why.
At first, I was really angry with how it went because if I were Oh Aew, I would never settle for Teh who cheated. BUT I considered certain real-life situations of mine. I have two girl cousins but what's interesting is that they went through the same situation, cheated by their boyfriends before. Both of them gave their boyfriends another chance and fortunately one of them worked out where she has a happy family now with 2 lovely daughters while my other cousin broke up with her past boyfriend and is happily single. One worked out, one didn't. They both gave it another try because they are blinded by love.
My point here is that CHEATING SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A PART OF A RELATIONSHIPS' 'UPS AND DOWNS' however there are people who are crazy for love and crazy in love where they are willing to disregard what happened in the past just to TRY with that same person again and MAYBE, just MAYBE it will work out.
So I understand each and everyone who was mad about it because I agree that they could've done better with the story. They could've chosen a better plot for character development because ITSAY really set the standards BUT I took time to understand that though these kinds of things should be avoided (cheating), it DOES HAPPEN in real life. That there are people, like Oh Aew, who are willing to disregard their pain in the past, forgive, and try again because maybe this time it will work out. It made me understand why the directors/screenwriters went the way they did. But I have to say that they could've done better or chosen a better route for this.
I really loved the recent episode. Now what I have in mind is that they're probably going to split up for a long time and probably meet again once they've grown as individuals and are successful on their own careers???? I am not sure though, that's my initial thought.
To be honest, at first, I was surprised that they really went with that kind of plot/conflict because I thought that they're going to divert from what others have done already but after EP3, I scraped all the thoughts and looked at the series with what's already shown. I feel like a lot of viewers found it disappointing is because they created their own version or expected the plot that they had in their head to actually happen but didn't. When thinking of the current plot, everything DOES seem reasonable for me because EP4 showed me why characters acted the way they were in EP3 so I am not confused at all. EP4 cleared the void that I had after EP3 and I understood both Jai and Teh, and I think that does happen in real life especially in the entertainment industry or showbusiness. And I guess the best way for someone to do if they don't like the story is to not watch it at all (no offense here) rather than spreading hate online. I CAN DISTINGUISH constructive criticism and I truly accept that but some comments are just overboard, personally attacking and degrading the people involved.
For me, the quality never downgraded. It actually lived up to my expectations after clearing my thoughts before EP4. It offered us something realistic (but that doesn't mean it's correct) and I do see a lot of people, especially members of LGBTQ+ (as a member myself), relating to the story.
People are saying “Where is P’Boss?” or “Let P’Boss direct again.” when he’s literally still behind the camera as one of the producers. He’s part of this so with him directing or not, probably the story would’ve been the same. "P'Meen didn't understand the series" well, P'Boss and many crews who worked with ITSAY was there, OBV THEY APPROVED IT. I honestly hate seeing disrespectful comments toward the director and the team. I’m tired of people canceling this series and making it look like it’s the worst just because it didn’t went with what they wanted it to be or their theories. I didn’t like the cheating agenda but I tried to understand the situation given that IPYTM went to focus more on realistic relationship problems.
I understand that you probably didn’t like the episode, and I did too. But I never disrespected any of the people involved. You can express your opinion, that’s your right, but atleast have some respect. Criticism is different from Disrespect.
And this had been planned since the beginning. Clearly if there were no crew change, the story would’ve probably still stayed the same.
Unpoplar opinion: I like this more than ITSAY.Despite ITSAY being very poetic, sometimes it was too much poetics…
For now, both parts are still in balance rn for me. ITSAY was what I was before, IPYTM was what I am now. Both resonated with my actual life and so far, I do love the 2nd part. Agree with you.
I am surprised that the team actually went with the third party trope but there's a thought of mine that I wanna share.
A lot of ppl on twt were saying that "Where's the Teh in ITSAY that we knew?" well, for me, he actually never left. I remember when it was used to be Tarn and Teh, they were happy but they aren't officially together yet in the past. Then Oh-aew came and Teh started to act carelessly, following what he felt without thinking. Same with what happened in IPYTM where Oh Aew and Teh are officially together now then Jai came and messed with Teh's thoughts. What Teh did was wrong and it kinda ruined his image for me but I just realized that the Teh from ITSAY never actually left. It was still him and I connected that using the analogy of Tarn&Teh ---> Tarn&Teh&Oh ---> Oh&Teh ---> Oh&Teh&Jai. It's just like what happened to Tarn&Teh before is also happening with Oh&Teh today.
Just wanna share my thought lol, nothing groundbreaking
