After ep 8, I thought that we will get to see a positive change in Ramil. What was the point of showing the abuse realisation then again taking a U-turn in ep 13 is beyond me.

That is my main problem with this show. The book had good material, and there is absolutely no reason to deviate from that. It's not that the main couple would have to be given less time to stick to the original personality of RP. Maybe they wanted to show more angst here, but now that they have done this in the last part of the show, there's no way of fixing it in one episode, which they will do anyway.

Paytai won't like that for sure, but I am saying that in Ramil's mental state it won't be unreasonable to show that. Although the writers won't dare. The best scenario would be for Ramil to realise by his own that Paytai should be left alone for his well-being. Both should seek therapy and be happy. Separately.

Gangs of Wasseypur. I think the second part. Very good. Recommended.

In the novel the king actually ordered Charan's mother's murder. This series is toning down his crimes. He also killed Wasin's wife by drowning her in concrete when she was pregnant.

What's more, Khanin at some point teases Ramil (they became friends /allies in the novel) saying that Paytai has him wrapped around his fingers completely, but it's not sure if he loves Ramil back. This unsettles Ramil, and when he asked, Paytai calmly said that he had long stopped thinking about love, since he decided to be Ramil’s. I also really liked the fact that Ramil used to call him Tai in private. It's so cute! But look at what they have done to my boys!
