I've already seen the drama, and completely loved it, and I was planning on watching the movie soon but...I don't know if I can watch Miura Haruma die! Ack, after seeing his epicness in other roles, I don't think I can handle this tragedy! He's just too adorable ;)
Hmmm...while I do love TOP, Kim HyunJoong, YongHwa, and MinHo, I personally am not a fan of their acting...I think they're a bit limited in delivery and facial expressions. My own list would definitely include Lee SeungGi and SeungRi as well. Even though I have my own opinions, I still liked this article, the write-ups on every idol were really well done, nice job :)
I like this drama. It was realistic, cute, and simple. Though I jumped ships a lot (from Souhei to Hayato and back again), I felt that Miku was a very relatable character. The innocence of this drama and its first loves and complicated crushes is refreshing. Definitely worth it, especially considering the episodes are only 20 minutes long. I watched this in just a couple days.
Besides Samsung and New Balance, TTBY also had a plethora of hiking/outdoors product placement...It seemed liked there was a ton of outdoor gear ads this year. Like, in almost every drama the characters would randomly decide to go hiking, but before they did that, they had to pick out colorful jackets/tents/whatever.
I don't know what it is, but there is just some disconnect between me and this drama. I just don't feel the chemistry between any of the leads and I'm not all that interested in the plot. I want to root for TaeSang, but if I look at it objectively, he is a seriously damaged person and MiDo is far better off with JaeHee...at least until he turns psychotic, which I feel like will probably happen with this melo, it just feels like one of those dramas where all the characters turn into nut-jobs. Ack, it reminds me of Fashion King, but maybe that's just SSK's presence...I guess I'll watch this weeks episodes to decide whether or not to stick with "When a Man's in Love."
I suppose everyone on your list qualifies, but I liked all 5 of these dramas immensely and not only b/c of their male lead counterparts but b/c, for the most part, I liked all of these characters. I don't think any of these would make my personal top 5 list for stupid/annoying girls ...except maybe Oh HaNi... :)
This was a really fantastic drama. Don't let the slow beginning put you off, though it takes 6-8 episodes to really get into this drama, it's worth it. And it has, hands down, the best "accidental kiss" I have ever seen in a Kdrama, so go watch it for that at least :)
This list is spot on. After all the actor drama on The Great Seer, I decided against starting that drama, and…
Yeah, I think it was mainly the age difference between her and JooWon, which is a ridiculous reason not to like an actress. I thought they both did a great job in their roles in L7CS and age wasn't ever the issue, chemistry wise. She was hysterical in Protect the Boss.
This drama is seriously underrated. I absolutely love the simple storyline between the leads and the fact that they're friends too scared to realize that they're in love with each other. That being said, one of its main faults is the simple storyline; this drama can definitely drag at times.

I watched In Time With You before this and the two have a similar storyline. In my opinion, ITWY does everything way better, so I was always comparing 9E2O with that drama and ended up slightly disappointed. Still, this is a good drama and I'm glad I watched it. Had I not seen ITWY first, I probably would have given this a higher rating...Whatever, both are great dramas, I recommend both of them :)

I did enjoy the first few episodes of this drama and I got really mad when people said they didn't watch it simply b/c they didn't like Choi KangHee without even judging her performance. I don't even know when I started disliking this drama, probably somewhere b/w the kids leaving spy school and JooWon finding out about CKH's identity. I don't know, for whatever reason, I just couldn't take the writing and plot after a certain point, but it definitely had some good points :)
This list is spot on. After all the actor drama on The Great Seer, I decided against starting that drama, and thankfully, I dropped Fashion King at episode 5. But I did sit through all of Big, and it'd be a lie to say it was for any reason besides those choco-abs that were displayed so beautifully ;)
A recent Eye Candy drama that I tortured myself with would be Level 7 Civil Servant. Holy crap, I couldn't even watch it past episode 14 and finished it up with DramaBeans recaps. I feel bad for not sticking with JooWon till the end, but I figure I'll just go watch one of his other 3, insanely awesome, dramas for a fix, rather than dealing with the ridiculously idiotic train-wreck that is L7CS.
Fingers crossed this turns out better than Dream High 2, but I have greater faith in the cable networks, so I'll probably (definitely) watch at least the first couple of episodes :)
My guesses for the rest of the list ( in no particular order) would beQueen InHyun's Man, Bridal Mask, Reply 1997, Shut-Up Flower Boy Band and...School 2013? That one started airing in 2012 but ended in 2013, would it qualify? Idk, anyways, I agree with the rest of your list, though I'd probably place Nice Guy in 9th. You're right, it is seriously addicting while viewing, but when you take time to actually reflect on the drama, you're just left scratching your head as to WHY you thought it was so good :)
OK I just rewatched a few episodes to see when and why Wanz Zi Yi disappeared. What'S the reason? Or how did they…
It seems like he disappeared around eps 47-48. There's like a one sentence explanation where Chocolate says that he went to take are of his sick grandmother....I wonder why his character/actor left all of a sudden.
I'm on episode 48 and I feel the need to gush about this drama! I didn't expect to like it as much as I do, especially with the 80 episodes! However, the eps have flown by. Ever since it dropped the gender bender theme, the show has definitely come into its own brilliance. I love Vanness Wu's character, but OH MY GOD, after ep 47, Lu ZhengTing (Bobby Dou) is now my favorite! Which is totally unexpected, b/c I was really unsure of his character for a while! *Runs back to DramaCrazy*
It's been a few days since I finished this drama and I'm still in love with it! Gah, that was a wonderful story. It might not be "original" but it is told in such a beautiful way and by such great actors that it never grows boring...AWESOME drama!
I love your choices for all the minor(ish) characters but I'll have to respectfully disagree with Kyouya :)
Kim Bum is just too aegyo flower boy for me to picture him as the seductively calculating Kyouya...maybe Kim WooBin for that role.
I would be super excited to see a Kdrama adaptation of Ouran. Kyouya's always been my favorite of the boys, and since Kdramas tend to emphasize love triangles more so than animes or doramas, his character would probably get a lot of screen time, which would make me happy :D
Abdi bogho ka!
