I can't really formulate an opinion on any of this yet because I still don't know how I feel about this American remake...In most cases, remakes suck, but Korea and Taiwan have successfully remade Japanese manga stories in the past and vice-a-versa, so maybe I'll give the US the benefit of the doubt til it actually airs...I don't know
I know that most people are on HyunJoon's side, and some are on GunWoo's, but I seriously like both characters- this is probably the one drama I have ever watched where I'll be happy no matter which guy she ends up with...I just hope they have time to wrap everything up in the next 2 episodes :)
I, for one, really want Yeo JinGu and Kim SoHyun to get casted in a drama together as the ADULTS/main characters. Their chemistry was already phenomenal in Missing You, so I'm super excited to see how they act together in a few years!
I also just realized that I'm officially a Pedo Noona...omo, time marches on, doesn't it? :P
I just watched the 6 eps out. Someone please help me understand something, she can't remember that one night why…
Yeah, I think it's selective memory loss (one of DramaLand's favorite- and most ridiculous- tropes) where it is just too painful for her to remember him and thus, her mind erased all presence of him from her memories
I knew exactly how this drama was going to end going into it, but I still really enjoyed it. Rain and Shin MinAh were both excellent and the storyline was actually really well done. My one big problem with this show is the final episode. Why did SMA's character become so weak (and apparently psychotic) overnight?! It's just disappointing that she started off so strong and then froze to death for no apparent reason --___--
So if Yoon EunHye is for sure on board with this drama, that would explain why Yonghwa turned down Heirs...I mean, who wouldn't want to costar with YEH?

One of my favorites that isn't mentioned too often is from "I Really Really Like You" where BongKi is watching BongSoon sleep. It just so happens that BongSoon is the middle of dreaming about kissing someone and when BongKi gets to close, she latches onto him (still asleep) and pulls him in for a deep kiss, it's hilarious and I love it ;)
For anyone hesitant to watch this drama: The male lead is not a chauvinist. Yes, he is an egotistical control freak, but he isn't a sexist jerk. The reason he initially fires all of the women is because he is terrified of falling in love as he was once hurt very badly in a relationship. His actions were most definitely wrong, (and I really don't get why the women didn't just sue him) but don't let the first 2 eps fool you; he knows women are most definitely capable of being awesome chefs ;)
First saw him in Lie to Me and he was my favorite thing about that drama. His role in SUFBB is what made me completely fall for his awesomeness and I've been a huge fan since then. His second-lead role on Gu was great and hopefully that will be a successful transition for him from cable dramas to the big time channels :)
Great article, I really liked the Twitter aspect you included
I find it hilarious that the not-important-to-the-plot nail designs that the teenage girl from "I Hear Your Voice" does are a million times better than any of the monstrosities that this show made their extras wear.
I am a fan of Jang GeunSuk but there is no way I could ever imagine him as the F4 leader...he might have worked as JiHoo, that would have been interesting to see ;)
