Wow...so much negativity in here, I may not have loved this as much as 1997, but it's still a solid 8 in my opinion. I do wish this drama had been shorter, 16 episodes would have made everything seem much less drawn out...some tangents and scenes could have also been cut down a bit. Aside from that, I really enjoyed every moment and character. It was a great drama, and I'll miss it (actually that's a lie, I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the stress of second-guessing my ship anymore :P)
I'm just still really ticked off by that stupid "dream-happy-ending" that Tan had. Seriously, one of the worst-written endings I have ever scene in a KDrama, it's like the writer put absolutely no effort into it. I would have actually preferred the classic time jump as opposed to this fake-ending where everyone has magically forgiven one another and their all BFFs now. I mean, even his step-mom was there! You know, the one who JUST TRIED TO TAKE OVER HIS COMPANY.
Um should I really watch it? I wanted to watch it when I found out that it would be like Gossip Girl and I'm a…
If you're a Chuck/Blair fan you may end up disappointed since the equivalent of their characters (YoungDo/Rachel) were never properly paired together :(
The main couple is rather boring but it had its cute moments. There are some great side characters and if the writer had only developed them all more (or just ditched EunSang/Tan and focused on the actually interesting characters) this drama could have been really good. I won't say that I regret watching it, but don't expect too much :)
okay this question might be a spoiler so I'm gonna put the question on the comment below this.. about trash and…
Trash said that because their fathers are best friends, he's scared to declare his feelings for NaJung since, if they didn't work out, it could make the relationship between the two families awkward or strained
I feel so bad for my Wish Bone couple and despite the fact that HyoShin is adorable, I'm holding tightly to my YoungDo/Rachel ship, even though it sank a long time ago...I can't believe the writer never managed to put them together!
Lol, I remember doing the same double takes with Seo InGuk and Yoo YeonSuk! I searched them both on MDL to see…
In PTB, the main guy starts out as your standard Kdrama chaebol, but his character is actually pretty quirky and grows up a lot throughout the show...I never actually finished the drama (I thought it seemed too predictable) but it was hilarious and I do plan to go back and finish it now that I'm more familiar with Ji Sung (and Jae Joon)
He was also awesome in Secret, and I highly recommend that drama :D
Lol, I remember doing the same double takes with Seo InGuk and Yoo YeonSuk! I searched them both on MDL to see what else they'd done and imagine my surprise when I connected them with those past characters- especially YYS, he just looks sooo much better in "Reply 1994" than he did in "Gu Family Book".
Ji Sung is actually another one for me, I just did not find him attractive at all in "Protect the Boss" (I blame the hair) and then I saw "My PS Partner," thought the main guy was really hot and awesome and was absolutely shocked when I looked him up on MDL and realized he was the same whiny little brat from PTB. Now he's one of my absolute favorite actors! I think the lesson here is never judge a book by its (sometimes badly styled) cover :P
Shunji is easily my favorite villain in all of DramaLand and made me into a huge fan of Park KiWoong, his range is just impeccable. His cameo in Good Doctor literally had me falling out of my chair with glee! He was, in my opinion, the best thing to come out of both The Musical and Full House Take 2, making even not-so-great written characters come to life, which takes true talent
Joo Won playing a high schooler...? Regardless of its connection to Fashion King, that seems weird. Still, if he takes the role, I hope it turns out awesome :D

This was hilarious and totally relatable! Even though it's been more than a year and I've accepted that Bridal Mask is truly over, I still occasionally miss those awesome characters <3
