That only lasts for like 2 episodes. She finds her passion for interior design through the ML and she is really…
Well thank you for changing my mind! After a year, I just finished it, it really did get better as it went on. A light-hearted, fluffy, no drama drama.
One thing is for sure, this drama is like a box of chocolates: full of sweet and handsome men. I've eventually stayed for them lol.
I don't agree with mdl ratings many times, but for this it has what it deserves. It wasn't as bad as the comments say, but honestly it wasn't good either. I love the cast just not their characters. It was kinda sweet but kinda flat for most part. The setting and location was refreshing though, and I liked that it was winter. The OST was interesting.
So handsome in Dinner Mate. I always forget he's an actor because I see him on so many TV shows all the time but he's in every second drama I watch. Even if only for one scene, he steals the show every time :D
He was so natural and free in The Lies Within! I love Nam Se-hee but I do hope this character is different. I…
I know right! This guy has RANGE and a great smile but because of those two consecutive similar roles (and I say this as The Beauty Inside is literally in my kdrama top 3) I recently saw some people in forums doubt that he can even act, and that makes me so sad because more people should watch the movies he was in. So yeah, I'm rooting for this drama to give us a cheeky Lee Minki.
Yeah the plot and ost was meh, but the edit and composition of scenes, the visual effects in the beginning and the colors throughout the show were so so stunning in my opinion. Plus the main leads were so respectful to each other except for you know that unnecessary messy breakup. This drama made me maybe give a chance to Hwang Jung Eum too, she was so normal in here so it was worth watching honestly. And it made me laugh out loud a few times too. The actors were great and it has the ever so amazing Nam Goong Min in it, whose voice I could listen to all day. So it wasn't bad.
The length, structure and number of episodes are so perfect. You can binge it in just one day. I'm glad I've finally got around watching this, it was very light.
Alright if no one will, I'm saying it: Ji Hyun Woo with that long hair especially looks like a rare organic premium S N A C C. I crossing my fingers for him to be styled like that in the drama.
Every time I catch a glimpse of the white truck of doom or that white celeb-minivan in traffic or casually parked on the side of the road I get the same warm feeling in my heart as when some actor/singer/celeb I like makes a random cameo. Umm I know, quick look at Seonho on my icon, I make that face!
I've became desensitized to clothes, phones, ppl and most of the cliché moves so lately I've been playing a game of "ah, there it is". For example: the last one I've completed was Top Star Yoo Baek, and for quite a long time it really looked like there would be no wrist-grabs, I almost got my hopes up and then -->(!-?-!). One day I really want to make a graph of the number of wrist grabs, fall-and-catches, hospital scenes, ripping out IV catheters without bleeding, medicine bags, band-aid and wound cream applications, leaving drinks and food unconsumed, ruined or otherwise wasted across dramas. I was also thinking about making a list of rom-coms that miraculously do not have one of these.
Wow I've actually been waiting to watch this drama when the first news came out of its production, and now that I've downloaded it with better subs I finally did and I'm so happy for it.
As a long-time fan of Kim Ji Suk this drama has been such a feast from start to finish, and that only made me rate it one whole point higher than I would have. It was so refreshing to watch a drama that was set in a beautiful island for a change. The OST was really nice. The food: just wow. The references were all there. All actors were great as always, all characters were delightful, the comedy was on point and I expected nothing less from the cast. I just really wished Sominnie's character wouldn't have been so wishy-washy at certain times, but it was so amazing that she was portraying a haenyeo with that many underwater scenes too, I've found that very unique. I also really wanted to know more about the hourglass, what's up with that?

You make me want to give it another chance :D
Thank you!

If anyone misses watching him eat you can watch Yummy Melody on M2's youtube channel.
Just please for the love of god, don't make Minki portray an emotionless, serious, boring character again, I beg.
Hwang Bora was so pretty in this tho, and the cast was like fruit basket.

I really like your edits too, very pretty.
