I even went as far as downloading better subs and all the raw episodes one by one. I wanted to like it more and powered through bc the actors are good (yes, I watched it for Ji Hyun Woo) plus there were some fun parts, and I swear I'm fine with clichés but the characters were horrible and the story was sadly meh at best.
Oh my God she's so messy, and clumsy and dependent. I really want to watch it for the mood and the male lead but his drama is truly testing me in the exact same way Clean with Passion did.
Although I've literally just started Eun Joo's Room, it feels really similar to Eating Existence, also 20th Century Boy and Girl has this cozy feel too
This finally explains why no rich, handsome guy has ever approached me: the most I can do in the nursing department…
Haha, no no then you're overqualified. Maybe we're not clumsy enough to get someone to save us in the process of which they get a few scratches coincidentally on some sexy body part like lips or biceps or abs.
I know she's supposed to be a boho, hippy kind of character but Moon Geun Young in Mary Stayed Out All Night constantly looked like someone who was shoved in the fall/winter section of a thrift store blindfolded and given 2 minutes to put on as many clothes she can.
Rrrromesaa ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Amazing cast, nice ost. Worth a watch. Personally it left me unsatisfied for the most part except one, and there were some very unnecessary characters but it's a realistic story full of emotions and great comedy.
I am doing the same about all the other shows that are airing currently too! It's usually gives me a peace of…
I never watch airing shows because I won't remember what was going on a week later haha. I do that too, watching the cute scenes again, but mid-episode and that's probably the reason a one hour episode takes me two hours to complete. But you have a point about discussing on-going shows with others, never gave that much thought.
I can see your point, and also see myself starting this next week and not waiting until the end. This show is the one I'm most interested in right now, so it will be a fast binge but if I do it right I can watch the last two episodes at the same time everyone else does which I've only ever done with Catch the Ghost (the drama the adorably smiling man on my display pic is from (─‿‿─) ).
Edit: But you know that already lol. I checked out your list. I have this habit of promoting him wherever I go.
Btw, I like your username, it's very cute! (っ◔◡◔)っ ❤
Great list, very nicely written article! I would be interested in an actress version too :) I'm very happy you've included Dong Ha, he's seriously a great actor. I would like to also nominate In Gyo Jin, Jo Hee Bong, Shim Hyung Tak and Heo Jung Min. Also Kim Ji Suk and (ofc) Kim Seonho until recent years, as they were mostly getting support roles.
Could someone please tell me the title of the drama with the couple kissing in the snow wearing winter coats?
Disclaimer: this drama contains cactus abuse! Anyway... Nam Chi Won is a very nice male lead character in terms of office dramas, not too cold-hearted, not too caricature-like and not too hung up on his past. He's a calm nerdy softie throughout who also protects others well. Though the story and the characters are not deep at all, and because of that I got bored sometimes, the acting of the whole cast carried the show well. And it actually made me laugh out loud quite a few times, of which not many dramas are capable nowadays. So if you need laughs definitely give this one a try.
I mean wbk, but the leads are too pretty so I mostly watched it for eyecandy and the side characters were great too, but lbr this drama was way too over-hyped by Goblin fans. I had to give myself a month to restart this, bc I couldn't even finish the first episode bc of Yoo Inna's character, so cringy, she's amazing. The plot had even less volume than normal in romcoms, and I missed the tension between the leads. They are great actors but this wasn't written well, that's it. Tbf if it wasn't for all the actors and the bigger than average budget, this drama would not have this high rating. Just finished it, gave it an 8, bc it made me smile but it's one of the least memorable dramas for me.

Thank you, it's been on my ptw list for years in theory, time to actually put it there physically for another year :D
