Well, I kinda like sex-crazed fetishists, but this turkey puts me to SLEEP. Can we amp up the sex? (I did wake up at the sight of bare butts.....maybe more of that?)
Episode 6 had me all in my feelings 🥹. Why was August trying to force something that just isn’t their. We…
I think August's motivation was pity for a very close friend, and whom he knew had romantic feelings for him. So he tried do something nice for Day. But he discovered that as he didn't really have the feelings, his "nice" deed was not so nice, and he couldn't continue with it.
I love seeing LT at a steady 8.6, so we'll deserved and underrated!.... maybe once the series has wrapped it'll…
Well, in any mass audience there are always going to be some people who are having a bad hair day (month) and think "Meh." and so the broad-based ratings typically don't come in as high as 8.6 at the end. Think of some classic "greats:" I told Sunset About You 8.2, Bad Buddy 8.4, Cherry Magic (original version) 8.2, Manner of Death 8.3, We Best Love (Season 1) 8.3 , Like in the Movies 8.4. So yes, a girl can dream, but I wouldn't bet the farm on a score above 8.6.
Vice Versa was a show in which you either liked it or you didn't. Jimmy and Sea were both newbies as that was…
I think you make a very good point. People should not think of VV and LT in the same basket because they both feature JimmySea; they should put LT in the same basket as Moonlight Chicken, Bad Buddy, ATOTS and other Aof masterpieces. (And if anyone hasn't seen all of THOSE I'd say forget about VV and run out to see the Aof Collection!)
from P'Aof IG storyHe's so smug at the reactions, what a menace P'Aof when I catch u 🫵😭https://twitter.com/GianYuusha/status/1733669774230766019?t=stc-Uem6FV-o6NiQgNHJKw&s=19
Ohm is doing a good job. Making me wanna bitch slap August
But y'know.....there was that one scene where he really had tears in his eyes, when talking about missing Day, his partner. I'm pretty conflicted about August.....
Damn! Jimmy is soooooooo good in this role. His face and his eyes speak volumes. The final bar scene in Ep 5, when Day said “ I really liked August” was devastating.
Jimmy: "I'm deeply grateful for the enthusiasticresponse to this series, with every episode being extremely…
Thanks for posting that here. I always wonder the degree to which our comments get read by those who work hard to create these works. I'm glad Jimmy (and presumably Sea, Aof, Mark, and others) perceive that the response to this series has been so positive.
Wow. I really had zero expectations for this after Vice Versa, but this is amazing. It's not easy to convey that…
Agree 100% with all that. Sea is really doing a world-class job of conveying an incredible mixture of emotions. The scene with him holding the trophy was heartbreaking!! And yet he smiled, and found joy in reliving his achievements. Sea makes us see the strength as well as the vulnerability that is integral to Day's character. Jimmy shows us with his eyes how Mhok begins to perceive that strength, learns to admire it, and starts to support Day not only out of his duty as a caretaker but out of genuine admiration and affection. He is surprised when Day calls him a "friend" and yet he realizes that is what he himself wants. This slow process of growing love is truly heartwarming, and these guys have set a real benchmark.
I have to say that Aof's treatment of disabled people (first in MLC, now here) is simply wonderful!! No tokens, his characters are real people who make us feel how they hurt, and how they love through that hurt. He summons up a range of emotions that most of us have never seen, never felt, maybe never thought about -- this is among the rarest of video creations. This series, if the quality is sustained, will be worthy of -- and will win! -- many many awards.
It was so sensual, so many other shows have like full on making out and sx scenes that aren't even a third of…
Not only sensual, but totally intimate in a very real-life way. This scene made me remember how totally shaken I was when I touched hands with the guy I first loved. And Sea really wins the trophy for conveying confused emotions in his face. P'Aof is showing us a relationship that is growing through touch (and other senses), replacing the defective vision. It is wonderful to watch.
my gosh, I just watched My Story, and loved it. I was looking forward to this sequel (never watched Day Story)…
If you loved the music, score, lighting, etc. then do have a watch of My Day (the original series). It was deeply flawed in its own ways, but man it was a winner in some others. (including amazing chemistry by the leads.)

I hope they let this turkey stay dead…. A season two would be horrible.
