i really don't understand why Shin Hyunbin's character is needed, i mean she is the FL --- did you miss about her being a prosecutor in the 1st episode? Why do you think she hates Soonyoung? Why she always wore black? Why was she called the Grim Reaper of Soonyoung? It's definitely all because of her past with Jun Do and what the family did to Jun Do (because remember, Jun Do no longer exist in her future).
If you can't even make sense of her character, you're just a hater who can't accept her looks, because you probably think you look better. XD

Oh, so people have been complaining? LOL. I think there's really no FL in this drama, because the plot mainly revolves on revenge and family. I also agree that she will have her time, once the inevitable happened to Jun Do's character, which probably fueled her hate for Soonyoung so she became that prosecutor known as "Grim Reaper of Soonyoung"

The reason why she has a personal vendetta against Soonyoung is because of whatever happened to Do Jun (aka 4-2), which I think is also the reason why compared to her bright persona during college, she transformed to a cold and always wearing black prosecutor, because she's been grieving Do Jun.
It was not clear what happened to Do Jun, but remember Episode 1 when his actress-mother showed up in the hospital, and told the family that she would vote for them as long as they tell her the truth of what happened to her son? Which I think is also related to the "car accident" father-and-son talked about in Episode 1 before the father had a heart attack.
In short, YHW might be looking for who killed him, but he's also inadvertently crossing paths to whoever killed 4-2.
Still on Ep 9, plot-wise, I can't accept that a private law firm would have that much power over a government body. Basically, these two should go head to head. Prosecution can always exist, because its part of a judicial branch of the government, but a private law firm can cease to exist if the government turned on against them. The villains makes me yawn 🥱 Baek Eun Ji is so cool btw and I love that the female characters were strong than whiny.

I guess there are really watchers/readers like you who didn't see anything compelling unless the characters is flawed or have a childhood as bad as Harry Potter. Nothing against your comment, I understand that some people prefer complex over simplicity.
I like this drama, the main factor is the cute "whale couple", I like their attitude and their chemistry. The plot sort of went downhill in later episodes, it felt rushed too, they even forced a romantic angle between the two other lawyers, but I stayed in this drama because of Young-Woo and Jun-Ho. Just looking at them makes me feel good. Kinda refreshing to see nice guys in Kdramaland that are leads. Sometimes, all you need is a no fuzz drama that would relax than stress you.

True. I usually avoid KR dramas on legal, police, and medical genre because they add unnecessary romance and I want to focus of story and cases, but with Attorney Woo, I was okay even if the cases were "lame". Its because the premise has always been about Attorney Woo and not to showcase Korea's legal system. If I wanted legal dramas, I'll stick with Stranger
It started out as okay and then, it went downhill, just like most futuristic with a time-travel theme. Seriously, the relationship chart of this drama is insane, and mind-blowing, and who ever thought it would be good?
plot-wise, it was so-so-, and the only reason I watched this until the end is because of JJH and not to mention, I love climbing mountains and a story on park rangers and Jirisan is nice. Visiting Jirisan during autumn and climbing one of the peaks is now on my bucket list
This is one of those dramas that I started out of boredom, it was tolerable, I managed to watch until episode 6 or so, then I got busy with other stuff until I couldn't care less what happened to the leads or the story. The best thing though about this drama's setting is the marketplace.
I've only finished 3 C-dramas - Nirvana in Fire, Ten Miles Peach Blossom, and Surgeons. The rest were dropped after 5-6 episodes, sometimes I would fast-forward the other draggy episodes until I reach the ending, and sometimes I would look for recaps just to know the ending. HAHA. Most C-dramas tend to drag, sometimes they deviate from the story, sometimes they would add scenes that have no substance at all. Most C-drama has good start but it's all downhill from there,. XDDD
