Check out Youtube's China Zone channel where the entire series is subbed in English, can be downloaded for offline…
Oh, I'm pretty sure kissasian has good subs because they usually steal subs from legit sources/subbers. Sorry for being salty, enjoy the drama!

Kissasian
To be fair, NIF is 4 years older than The Untamed so just expect 2015 video quality.

Anyone know where to watch this in HD or at least 720p with English subtitles?
Check out Youtube's China Zone channel where the entire series is subbed in English, can be downloaded for offline vieweing, and all in HD up to 1080P

Love the series but I still never understood the opening. what's with the little girl and the fireflies?
The drama's title literally means 'Glow of Firefly' and the little girl is Hotaru when she was a kid.

Title Survival Wedding Spoiler
Quite funny and enjoyable, even though the ending seemed a bit rushed and forced, I dare say...Usami Hiroto's…
Was hoping until the end that he will end up with Sayaka

He' so-so in the acting department but one of the best in the looks department and he can really dance. I don't…
You should, aside from his looks, I think that dancing is one of his most defining moments.

Who is yang yang? Why is he so popular?
He' so-so in the acting department but one of the best in the looks department and he can really dance. I don't know if he majored in ballet or so but aside from modern dance, he's best with ballet/interpretative dance.

I was really enjoying this show, but now I'm reading that there's no romance whatsoever, so I might drop it. It's…
I dropped Love 020 bc the love story couldn't go any further even if you put a spin to it, I also dropped Go go Squid bc the female lead's acting meh (even though I love her in AOL), but I managed to finish The King's Avatar simply bc it was like watching a live action.

I keep trying to finish it but it's not easy, I find it more bland than go go squid or love o2o. Part of problem…
Try watching it from weTV app, their subtitles are better than Netflix. I watched the 1st ep from Netflix and I fell asleep bc the subs can be confusing to the point that its tiring to read.

Its a mixed bag, it has some good and awesome parts but occasionally you do feel that a lot of the plots are too…
You should have watched this in WeTV app, their subtitles are way better than Netflix's.

For someone who dropped Love 020 and Go Go Squid, King's Avatar is surprisingly good! Maybe because it focuses more on team work, friendship, and growth rather than the romance genre, it felt like I was just watching an anime's live action. One of my favorite scenes are those banters between opposing teams, even opposing team players will get you interested
Anyway, just saw that weTV now has the anime version so I will watch that.

If im not into video games, will I still like this? I'm honestly going in for the romance not gonna lie ????
Less romance on this one, which is okay, so go for something like Love 020 or Go go Squid for romance

I love medical dramas and the Japanese do it best for the sole reason that they stick to that genre. No unnecessary love angles, although I admit I got a bit frustrated on Yamapi and Aragaki Yui on why they can't be just together during the Code Blue run. My all time fave would be Doctor X (particularly the 1st 3 seasons), JIN, Batista: Team Medical Dragon, Code Blue, Resident 5-nin and Young Black Jack.

Seeing how you dropped Love 020 and Go Go Squid, i'm 90% sure you will not like this show either, it's similar…
Thank you IRIS and SugarMe for commenting. Two different comments and I think I'll give it a try until episode 5, or so.
On The King’s Avatar Sep 1, 2019
Is this drama really good or are people only raving about this because of Yang Yang? I'm never really into gaming dramas, I tried but I ended dropping Love 020 and Go Go Squid so I want to know, how good is the story? How far should I watched before it gets really interesting to get me invested?
On My Girlfriend Is an Alien Aug 23, 2019
Iffy to watch this at first because the summary sounds like this was written and translated by a 1st grader, but 4 episodes so far and I'm loving it! So fluffy! The female lead's 'lust' for male hormones is too funny.

A lot of us loves the 'bad boy' in dramaland, but Zhuang Shu is a proof that good guys can also get the girls. Love this drama! The villains and hospital politics aren't that bad for me to be frustrated, the medical aspect aren't that exciting and mind-blowing but still good, the main plot got a bit draggy and then the production suddenly decided to give it a halt. I still think that it ended abruptly, and as much as I love Hu Ge, it was weird that the drama with his scene with Zhuang Shu.
On Nirvana in Fire Aug 7, 2019
Only watched this in 2019 and I instantly became Hu Ge's fan. Just like what the OP said before me, if you have doubts with wuxia, just watch this and Ten Miles of Peach Blossom. The other's just fell short.
