XHA taunting SCL while walking in the tunnel - SCL is soooo ambitious, keep wanting to become a great achiever and thinking himself worthy (on top of the mountain) and XHA smile (his smile is so precious!!!) thinking he is a joke. When XHA said he is going to die in this path, I was already preparing to open champagne because I know it is true. SCL is not smart at all, absolutely nothing compared to some of the characters we see so far. The umbrella is so obvious, but he didn't catch that at all, such arrogance! He was so happy seeing XWY thinking that he can beat him and got defeated like a normal guard when up against the killing machine like XWY haha
On a side note, my hatred for SCL does not elevate to the actor...instead I find a funny clip of the actor promoting this drama while dining at a restaurant and he said there is a very bad guy in this show and the waiter/worker of the restaurant said, is it you? He said yes. So cute lol
So was that woman really his mother? because in the earlier episodes XHA clearly said his mother died in north…
I think so - it seems pretty clear to me the way the TM king taunted him and his tighten of fist that the woman was his mother. He said that his mother is still alive and will return is a lie so that he appears unaffected by it. I believe in ep 1, he said his mother died in the south?

I don't mind those at all but it feels so strange that most of his drama (almost all) he has some fighting, martial art skills and seeing him without take some time to get use to lol

I recalled that the guy accompanying him said his wife died because of the war or something and wanted a piece of the land after Tiemo wins to watch his wife grave? Sounds to me he is on Tiemo's side but I can be wrong.
Every time he sees dead people...I thought he is on the edge of losing it but in fact , the opposite is true because those ppl make him more convicted to continue his journey... How strong is XHA mentally to continue to go on after all the betrayal, losses, and pain....This character is amazing... It is not about how strong he is physically or smart he is in his mind but from everything that he has to go through he still remains strong in his purposes and mission.... nothing a normal person can survive after being defeat time and time again and facing such helpless situation...he still managed not to give up and continue with such clear control. XHA is a very unique and respectful character.

which was why his last word is so heartbreaking, him being a cripple does hold him back soooo much. He kept getting captured and having ppl sacrifice their lives to save him... it's like for the second half of the drama, they put all these efforts to save him, and he was able to temporarily hold off chaos or conflicts but it became meaningless within two episodes because bigger conflicts and chaos occurred.
